Hi Sam, I like your content so I wish to subscribe to your channel. This is beautiful but for Colombia I think this over priced about 400k to $500k . I feel like realtors are pushing the envelope hardcore and this is aimed at us Americans to be taken advantage of and thats why its listed in USD. This is not disrespect towards you in anyway. ExPats stopped buying in Costa Rica and Panama because of prices close to this. The attraction to Medellin is more for less and this is more for even more. This is very discouraging. It seems that Medellin is just as much as it is here Northern Virginia/Washington DC area. Very nice place sir. Very discouraging

Some furniture and some art for 500k$ while the penthouse itself is 1M$ ? Or that was a mistake ? Ashame it doesnt have double height ceilings in the living. But this is a bargain looking at the space you have and unused areas which you can still develop. Incredible property!

I saw renderings of this property when it was just a glimmer in some designer's eyes but in real life its like they built it in miniature. The renderings made the penthouse look massive compared to the real thing.

630 m2 looks more like 100 to 120m2 using first world calculations. He is including all of the common areas and parking in the square footage. Why not also throw in the local bus terminal and dog park and make it an even 1000m2 ? nice place nonetheless.

Showing properties is a great option for your vlogs. But million $ apartments !?! That’s not by far for the interest of an important percentage of your viewers. You come off as looking for the typical American investor with no interest in Colombia and Medellin, but just another investment hunter who is part of those causing real estate inflation here. You need to adjust to a more realistic and numerous clientele looking for reasonably priced apartments (higher or lower end but within reasonable budgets).

Sam: Todavía no aprendes a hacer videos sobre propiedades. Pasas demasiado rápido por todas las áreas. Te sigues preocupando mucho de la vista, algo que en un penthouse de piso 17 se da por descontado. Nunca pudimos ver el área de labores ni el cuarto de servicio. Las tomas de la sala y comedor fueron muy cerradas y rápidas. Tampoco pudimos ver el baño social. No vimos los baños de las habitaciones del 1 piso excepto el de la alcoba principal. No sabemos si tiene un clóset de linos ( En dónde se guardan cubrelechos, edredones, sábanas y toallas). No sabemos si en el 2 piso hay un baño. Pasaste por todas las áreas corriendo. No sabememos el tipo de closets de las habitaciones del primer piso. No vimos si los parqueaderos son con servidumbre o no. No vimos el tamaño del depósito. No vimos las áreas sociales del edificio ni sus prestaciones. En fin, todo muy rápido, con tomas cerradas y como si te estuvieran persiguiendo. La sensaciones que quedan son las de frustración. Y lo que es peor, la necesidad de averiguar por la propiedad por otros medios. Así perderías tu comisión! Pero eres persona inteligente y sé que vas a mejorar cada día en tus presentaciones. Felicitaciones de todas maneras por tu trabajo. Feliz año!
