There is one thing that eoild yurn me off all of these houses. I refuse to contemplate living in an HOA. Deal breaker. Im different from most people in that open concept living is just not for me. I need rooms. I cannot abide people under my feet when I'm cooking a large meal. I also HATE walking in the front door and being in the room. Vestibules are energy efficient. I cannot imagine what is going to happen with rules and monthly fees.
David you have to send that couple this picture because whenever you guys first went into that house this is what caught my eye. It looks like a face. The sink is the mouth and the handles on the Drawers on the other side make a face. It made me smile. I would call that the happy house.
That's the one I would have chosen. And I'm not usually one to say 'let's update because it isn't the latest trend' But I hated the bathrooms. Glass shower doors are such a turnoff because it's a pain to keep the tracks clean. And they were right - they did get lost in the king bed. Such a cute little couple.
I can’t believe they picked that dumpy house. Kitchen was awful, with the blue countertops and garish lighting. OK it’s furnished, but if the furnishings are ugly? Plus, who knows how many people slept on those beds or what they did there-yuck!
Loved the house they chose,it was so charming,fenced yard,screened in porch making it year round living and it came furnished! This is the one I would have chosen. 🏠 🌻🩵

Question for the Host : they Won 1 Million Dollars ok. and Total property value could be million maybe more. So the Practical and Logical Realistic question is : after paying "State" taxes in some case's leave them with 650-750,000.00 left. remind us viewers again how are they able to afford million dollar home?? including property tax, closure tax, beach front tax, ocean emergency flood insurance tax, gas bill, sewage bill, electric bill, garbage bill, phone bill, internet and wi-fi bill so on. this show is Not remotely real buying a Beachfront homes for million dollars . this is more for entertainment nothing more.
