We generally create a list of foods to find when we go. That way we can learn about it and then eat it. Often times though we will see something that looks good, and figure it out there by asking the cooks.

U r wrong. Nagpur is known for the best Street food. Most of Mumbai kars come to nagpur to taste the food. & during mukesh ambani's daughter wedding, they hired cooks from nagpur. Those who have lived in nagpur they will miss the taste for sure.
