The EXPENSIVE ham & EXPENSIVE parmigiana cheese wheel were BOTH used in another video related to this channel, so I'm pretty sure most of it didn't go to the garbage. 🤞 ( fingers crossed )
It definitely doesn't go to the trash. They even say on the try not to eat challenges, anything the cast passes on the crew gets to enjoy. So I'm sure on episode like these, there is plenty of both cast and crew to enjoy these dishes.
Other ways to elevate Mac and cheese. Is to use whipping cream instead of milk and/or use cream cheese. I can still make the Mac and cheese for 10 bucks.
I personally did not grow up eating mac and cheese. But, I did grow up with a very simple pasta dish that is a comfort food for me. It's just noodles with butter and ketchup.
I came here to see if anyone commented that they should have put the hot pasta in the wheel and given it a good mix to take that flavor. They just used it as a bowl! 😢
Kind of left out some basic seasonings on your $10 version... 1/4 tsp each of onion powder, garlic powder and a couple splashes of Worcestershire sauce... could have elevated it alot... heck even these simple things added to the $1 version makes a world of difference. Franks Hot Sauce too for that matter!
Based on what was said in the video and appearances I'ma go: 100$, 1,000$, 1$, and lastly 10$. Purely cause 100$ seemed genuinely the best, 1,000$ for the novelty, 1$ for the nostalgia, and 10$ last cause it didn't bring much to the table flavor or presentation wise.
I have already eaten spaghettti out of a parmesan wheel. I was on a market and all they did, was cooking Spaghetti and putting a bit pasta water in the wheel and then the noodles. It was fantastic.
I got to try a cheese that I've never had before, and I'm really curious if Kimmy has ever tried it herself (since she loves cheese so much!). Blarney Cheese. I felt I owed it to myself to try it because I'm part Scots-Irish. It is the smoothest cheese I've ever tasted!
The best mac and cheese I've ever had, as an adult, is from Boston's Restaurant and Sports Bar's mac and cheese with shrimp and sausage. Unfortunately, the one in my city after 16 years permenantly closed last year.
HIYEEEEEEE, big fan luv ya'll. I am allergic to gluten AND dairy. PLEASE do a food allergy video. Recreate junkfood/fast food. SHOW IT TO ME RACHEL!!! I watch food videos like a poor kid watches Disney adults vlog in the parks every weekend. Make my dreams come true. Those internet meals I have tried all lied to me!
My mom's Mac and cheese are so different as yours. She put can of bully beef with the macaroni and mix it and put butter in a glass pan, then she put some cheese on the top and a whisked egg and put it in the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes.
You cant really call that a $1000 mac and cheese when you spend $400 of it on a parmesan cheese wheel that is literally just a stupid way to serve it. You are not actually consuming that entire wheel when eating it.
y'all un fairly made the cheap mac and cheese like yall already have butter, milk, and salt in the kitchen to portion out 13.3¢ worth of butter, salt, and milk
@@KM-ez2npAny broke person or college student knows you can get free half and half containers and individual pats of butter at any number of convenience stores! 😂
Your fancy butter lol that's less price then regular butter here in Canada fancy would be 10$ or more here it's funny how cheap American groceries r and what they think is expensive and we pay so much more for alot less variety and options
never made a mac and cheese!! I am just african - its not a big thing here but I do love to have one made by an american.....i do make my own version but I am sure its not them same
To answer Kimmie, My country isn’t big on mac and cheese or cheese in general. And a lot of traditional cooking by different tribes don’t really include cheese. I’m not sure about other African countries but yup. WHY the cheese obsession? 😂
