Why is it healthier? Whats healthier about it? Ive cooked in plenty resturants, they usually buy from the same places that provide the local grocery stores with groundbeef, steaks, chicken, burgers, potatoes, veggies, fruits, breads, chesse etc. Unless its a local farmer market getting the really fresh stuff. Normally comes all in bulk in a specialized fridge truck after doing inventory then ordering from the company, usally theres already an established relationship unless business is new, but its all the same. A salad at home is as healthy as a salad at a resturant, a burger, steak, fries are normally just as healthy as anywhere else. The differences #1. The cost, its usually cheaper to eat at home. #2. The consumption, you tend to eat more food while ur out with rolls, salads & apps just to start then a full size meal & desert, if theres room, rather then home where the meals are smaller/simple. #3. Fast food, resturants are NOT fastfood. I wouldnt put them on the same list when it comes to time, care, effort & ingredients. Fast food will cut cornors using cheap everything, use unhealthy perserved meat & use gross ingredients with little care barly cleaning out the fryer or anything else, the same dirty oil recycled again. If you eat fastfood use the healthier options like fruit salads/ crispy chicken salads or just a grilled chicken sandwhich, imo.

I appreciate that it wasnt like other cheap recipes say something that requires one nut and they say its only 0.23 cents but in actuality you cant buy one nut you have to buy a bag of nuts which will cost much more but in this one its the actual cost of the entire thing rather than just the portions added

Probably the best of these types of videos I've ever seen. Simple, doesn't pull out some random 30 dollar ingredient 10 times, and all put together as something most people would happily eat.

Bro in thease videos I always see them putting ingredients that they didn’t buy with the 10/20 bucks, but she used the free condimenst, no extra ingredients. The most genuine and fav so far!

I just made a similar mixture for my kids... my mixture was with 2 eggs Italian breadcrumbs grated parmesan salt pepper and a quarter of a teaspoon of minced garlic juice half a tablespoon of evoo and mix... use either plastic bags or culinary gloves to mix- otherwise the mixture will turn out tough and rubbery... only took me 10 years to learn that lol I rolled into meatballs and popped in the oven at 350° for 15-20 min... mixed up some ricotta with pepper parsley and garlic salt scooped a dollop on the plate with a helping of linguini red chunky marinara sauce a meatball smack on top of the ricotta and pasta added more sauce and voila! Finger. Lickin. Good. 😂😂lol❤
