After Earth is invaded by aliens, humanity is forced to live underground; however a lonely guard in an outpost begins suspecting there's a conspiracy behind this. Subscribe to our second channel: tinyurl.com/Movie-Recaps
@@008ay.sumanth7 If I am unable to station AT LEAST two guards per Outpost, I wouldn't have as many outposts. I think a smaller, but better manned and defended area with more people could have been a possible solution for this specific problem, not the whole plot though.
I think it was more that there was no signs of this being real to them. There's no like promotional videos on like how to kill them what they look like? And being told constantly there is nothing wrong
This is why two-man teams working at lighthouses would sometimes go insane, and just vanish or unalive each other. Someone did a great job putting those same feelings/emotions with a futuristic take on things.
I cant blame the dude for thinking the aliens were fake if every single report and every single complaint he made was nonchalantly brushed off by command. ”Okay so we dont want any monsters to enter the safe zone, lets station a bunch of people in these towers and then ignore any and all alien sightings from the guards stationed there” like bruh everytime they ignored his reports outposts got attacked. Whats even the point of having guards at that stage.
To be fair, when the aliens came it was not a little branch moving....it was chaos with space ships and destroyed building...so...yeah....you probably saw a dog because if you would have seen the alien you would have known
The aliens were huge. It's not the government's fault that people are always suspicious of them and wants to believe everything they see is an alien. Think about it, if the aliens just instantly killed 95% of the population, do you think it would waste time sparing 1 soldier and letting them live their life for hundreds of days? At the end of the day, their job is to be sacrificial lambs. As long as the systems are running, that means the outpost isn't compromised and there are no aliens around. The moment it gets and attacked and gets shut down, that means an attack has happened and everyone knows where the aliens are. So it doesn't really matter if the soldiers believe them or not. That's why there's only 1 guard, they only have to lose 1 person per attack.
Because the other soldier had been breaking the rules with the guy he had replaced. Once the other soldier realized it was a new guy, he was afraid of getting in trouble
@@lutenic6111 then why its also illegal to contact other tower? Why you never get any brief of what kind of adversaries expected on your new post, like what animal roams around and the alien figure
Your entire defense perimeter can be disabled by just cutting one cable? No redundancy? No cable casing protection? The only thing between your entire defense system collapsing is a single exposed cable, buried just a few inches underground? LMAO How TF did those morons even make it that far?
@@Fightrec LOL, the budget was cut just like their 1 and only power cable. MFs didn't even have temporary battery backups or generators. Just cut one cable, and the entire war is instantly over. 😂
It's not just about leaving him alone. They also didn't provide any information regarding the aliens and it came to the point where the MC started to wonder if they're even real
The ending felt empty because it was slowly gearing us up for retaliation against the guy's superiors and out the reasons behind the suspicious behavior, only for the movie to say "nope, you're just dumb and we saved the budget for the ending". Makes the audience feel as frustrated as the protag, with the only satisfaction being that we find out the aliens are real.
That's why u show evidence of something, it's important to back up what u claim and not just by words. Secondly, having a soldier work alone for 100 days is also a big no no. There should always be the group/buddy system.
@@koshi6505then make it 2 people and have a draft. 1 personal alone for 100 days will go insane, it happens in prisons for FAR shorter solitary sentences all the time
This reminds me a little bit of, Cloverfield. Where the female didn't Believe the Alien Invasion going on. Until she escapes the Bunker, and sees for Herself. By then its too Late to return to the safety of The Bunker..
TLDR; Socialism revolves around providing the bare necessity to people so they can they live a "normal" life. necessitates like, food, water, shelter and health care.
It's not as easy as you think. Humans are social creatures. When cut off from contact with others, we quickly devolve into madness. That means no social media, no movies, no texting, no calls, nothing. Just you and your thoughts, for 100 days. Hell, most people now couldn't go 100 hours all alone without their phones, let alone 100 days. Older generations would fair much easier. But now, it would be much more difficult for modern people raised with the Internet to adapt to isolation.
So the crazy guy was actually crazy its a really good plot twist when you think about all those other movies that have the clichê "its just the governament"
@@stefanos2457 no problem Just trying to do my best to help out those who need it every time I find a movie that looks interesting but isn't placed in the description I always leave a comment with the name of it we can all do something to help each other in little ways or big ways
Hey Movie Recaps, is there a reason why you didn't put the Movie Name in the Video Title or the Description?? Also, for the people wondering, the movie name is *"Alien Invasion: S.U.M.1"* .
would like to know the name of the movie? Also, this kind of reminds me of Cloverfield Lane with John goodman. Everybody thought John Goodman was insane and there were no aliens in there. It turned out there was lol
