I have looked at places in lavington, westgate , kilimani and Kileleshwa they are all nice areas but don't the sleep on South C area . They doing a lot of building there too thats why i love it , you can invest while they building and pay over the building process maybe 3-4yrs until finished, but you can get a penthouse for like 70k!
Excellent setup Coop! The aesthetics of your apartment fit yuh personality and lifestyle perfectly bredren. Does your spot have a washer and dryer? Possibly in the future you can show the masses nearby grocery stores or where us fellas can buy fresh gear to wear.
$1800 a month? Dream on. What i could get in Egypt for that would be mind-blowing. In America, my mortgage plus HOA fee. I was at a very low interest rate level. 😅
Coop, you're positioned right for an American.. The United Nations is moving to Nairobi among other people of many nations.. Jamaica and Kenya are the hot spots 🔥 You are ahead of the curve ❤
Not worth it. Small, and that kitchen is beat. No major cooking is going on in there, no counter space. The arrangement with the refrigerator in the dining room is crazy. It's very small too. That living room is tight. We are living the life in Egypt based on what I see there. They go extra hard on luxury interiors, and I'm paying well under America.😅
Refrigerators are smaller basically everywhere all around the world with the exception of North America. Like in in Asian countries a typical fridge and an American kitchen is a type of fridge size that will be used in restaurants and businesses lol
Nairobi is located at a high altitude of 1700 metres and tends to be a bit cold, especially in the evening. Interestingly, as you approach the equator north of Nairobi, you get to the snow-covered Mount Kenya. Contrary to popular thinking, not everywhere in Africa is hot.
You're the tribal one for bringing that up. As far as am concerned, Siaya is a town in Kenya and the property owner has all the rights to name it whatever they want. If you don't like it, take a walk.
You got to be ver very careful buying any Realstate in Kenya make sure you found great lawyer to dig down anything attach with that property it’s big scam in Kenya just giving you heads up
@@salkanini6277It is not a matter he was paying to destroy Kenya. The fact is there are a lot of bad property transactions in Kenya. I listen to the land commission representative of Kenya. He also said you have to be careful when you buy property in Kenya.
Pride African from Jamaica .Why do you have to come up with that type of divisiveness approach? If you want to buy in Kenya, you are going to have to pay in Kenyan price, not South Africa.
