FYI. The reverse threaded studs and nuts are supposed to be on the driver side of the truck.

I'm thinking if he wants to run it in some mudding competitions a roll cage is required. Along with a scatter shield for the clutch or torque converter

Competition or not I've drove megas these things are dangerous and like nothing else driving experience is not the same things can happen In blink of eye and even at least expected time I'm sure he gona do a cage but it should be a 1st priority

Bruce, the way you're going with all your rebuilds, you should look for an old 1950's Dodge Power Wagon and rebuild it with huge tires on it as well. Put in a Cummins diesel engine in it.

Hey, I resemble that remark. I just had my 35ft toy--hauler in the shop today to get a brand new, fat-ass rated, porcelain shitter. lol Retired and live in it full-time. Pulling it with my '08 Ram 4x4 with a 5.7. Love that truck. Hoping to make it to Cleetus' new racetrack in the Fall. I'd love to come by and drop you guys off a case or 3 of beer, just because.
