@TechLionOG almost everyone watching this video is skipping through it because they're expecting a different video but because it's the same nobody is watching the full video giving it a low retention rate and low watch time which on a video with decent attention tells the algorithm that your video is actively driving people away. Next time I'd recommend making the video 4-5 minutes with about 4 minutes of content not included in the RU-vid short you also made.
