Here's the rough translation for Henry at 14:46, "Marc is the biggest donk in all of LA. He owes me a McChicken and still hasn't bought me one. I can't believe this guy. He thinks that he can win $100/HR at 5/5, yet he can't even buy a brother a McChicken. I'm gonna go get a Modelo before I get a headache." You can trust me, I speak perfect Canadian.
This really is a crazy accomplishment. At the start I thought 100 sounded pretty unattainable. You are proving me wrong, and I’m here for it. You’re a beast, been watching all your content, teach me the ways! I’m just a little hungry horse dude
I’ve been watching your videos nonstop for a few days now and I’m already seeing a big upswing in my results. Tonight I had a few hands where I applied what I’ve learned and won pots I would have lost a week ago. Thank you from the bottom of my heart
These videos are too good to watch at work. I’m waiting till I get home and putting it one the big screen to enjoy with some in-n-out. ITS A WHOLE EVENT 🎉😅
A few weeks ago my soft "all in" got a floorman called over. The woman two seats to my right who wanted a cheap turn kept ranting about how I never said all in, until I had to ask her to please stop lying about me. Never go all in softly.
would be cool if there was a timer on the corner to seee how much time spans between each hands. And are you showing every hand you play or more interesting ones?
Marc, these videos are gold and I appreciate them so much. I know you've touched on it before but I'd like to add to the chorus of people asking for a little more on strategy adjustments when the stacks are not as deep. At my local casino, the max buy-in at low stakes is 150BB and a lot of people at the tables will buy in for 100 BB. P.S. Give Gethen a hug for me
Love your work mate, from Scotland, trust me I’ve watched and followed a lot of different vloggers and watched many strategy videos and after binge watching all yours for me it’s the best, keep up the awesome work and keep killing it!!!
So many people get caught bluffing and they're like oh I shouldn't have bluffed. It's like you should have it just didn't work out. They need to rethink it and try again.
Greetings from France Marc ! I love your content, i'm a reg player winning 10 BB/h in 2024 in my local casino and now i know what my goal will be in 2025 : play as good as you ! Thanks for your EV+ videos bro 🙏 PS : i'll be in LA next summer, can't wait to come and say hi
@@hungryhorsepoker hey man I would really like this type of content on tournaments I really improved my cash games but I would really love to see sum tournament action 🗣️✌🏻
He said: That if you choose correct hours to play then it's possible with a lot of knowledge and expercience, but if you play like 10 hours every day then it becomes way more unlikely.
RU-vid troll here, 64o hand had conflicting thought processes. On the flop you talked about a lot of fold equity (hence the low equity x raise viability) then on river it becomes a bad spot to bluff and becomes a big for value spot? Just because the board paired?
There were no PLO DB BP this session. Table didn't want to do them? Casino stopped allowing them on the dealer change? I think a huge part of your win rate, maybe 30% comes from these DBPLOBP hands.
The thumbnail is diabolically zesty. I’m here for it. If I don’t see you spread eagle by the end of this vlog, don’t wonder who gave you a thumbs down Jk, love you. But no seriously. 🦅
Hey HungryHorse, Ive watched a dozen or so videos of yours in the last couple of weeks per a friend's recommendation. Your deep play is awesome. Thats the obvious key to your strategy, your skill at playing deep. I cant wait until my bankroll is higher to really feel comfortable with your style because I'm going to c.r.u.s.h. with chunky big boi bets.
If I was the guy who hero called you and I believe you are making an adjustment to punish me super thin, how do I counter that? Do I passively play 2 pair and better?
Call down tighter and turn more hands into bluffs on the river. The reason why thin value betting rivers is so good live is because people don't bluff raise the river nearly enough, so you can bet fold rivers for thin value. If you believe they are doing that, the counter is to shove it at them (more, not always)
i know its low stakes poker but does that mean whenyou go all in you dont lose your money or what? i saw you go all in and after you lost you just took back your staack so im confused
Hes up like 11k in plo bomb pots so let's say up about 5k in low stakes holdem to be fair. My games have 1k flip every hour i obviously wouldnt be counting this towards my actual PL this its a different game 😂
I never understood if you win like $500 to $1000 in a pot right off the bat. Your hourly rate is bangin at that point. End it early and be done. Just go home.
How is poker still so soft with content like this being FREE on the Internet? 😮 Maybe, it won't be soft for much longer...time to go back to making coffee drinks for a living soon probably.
I think you do a great job entertaining people with the way you play. But when you talk about betting small as a bluff in hopes of being called so when you get big they will fold. It is actually the worst thing I’ve ever heard.
against his range? mate you just sat down, you don't know anyone's range, so why pretend you do? and proving my point 10-K, over betting the pot... = bluff
@@hungryhorsepoker 600 in preflop in a 1-2 game . 2800$ pot in a 2-3 game . The 2-3 has a 500 max and we play double board bomb pots on dealer change . Sometimes a DR Eli even shows up .
your body language gave it away... fiddling with your fingers and thumbs and talking.. and not to forget to mention over bet the pot.. 9 times out of 10 those are bluffs.
