$100 MTG Mythical Bundle Mystery Box | eBay Random Purchase 

Very skeptical to say the least. If they knew they are sending this to a highly influential content creator, then how can we trust what is in there isn't juiced?

Bought a $25 Mystery Box with a Masters 25 pack in it. Pulled a Foil Jace Mind Sculptor. Best pull I have ever had.

Best purchase I've ever made was for my friend's birthday, I bought him a MTG game nights. So we spent the whole night with all of our friends just having good wholesome fun playing magic again because we all grew apart from it due to life..

Were they counterfeit cards in one of those decks? Every rare, except that Orzhov deck had the 'rare' hologram on it.But the Orzhov Pre-con deck (7th deck he opened, i think) was missing the hologram on the rares. I wasnt sure until I saw that Smothering Tithe, a card I also just pulled from a Rav. Allegiance booster box. Mine has the hologram on it, on these, you see the little indent in the border where the hologram should be, but its not there. Please roast me good if Im wrong, Im still pretty new to MtG, but every rare or mythic Ive gotten so far has had that hologram on the bottom so far, and this is all newer product, not stuff from the 90s, before holograms and foils were a thing. I prob shoulda read the comments first to see if anyone else noticed that, or has an explanation why the hologram isnt present on these particular cards. It raised some red flags in my mind, esp. how they realized youre a youtuber and made sure to correct the 'inventory error' that apparently two seperate people in the supply chain made. Especially after seeing how many pre-con decks they included.

Hi Joey, I think my best purchase on MTG was a home land's booster box. I was 16 and when this extension was launched it was cheap, kind of. But in fact almost all the set is junk. But there's nothing like cracking packs ! It's like Christmas in every packs. Take care and keep on going man.

Bought a few starter packs with my cousin about 10yrs ago during 9/10th and Time Spiral editions. We had no idea what we had our hands lied on until about half a year ago when we both kinda returned to the game. Made the comeback so much more sweet. I gotta give it to our packs that got us interested in the game in the first place. Maybe not the most revenuous purchase, but certainly my most valued one.

My best purchase was a deck builders toolkit, because I pulled a foil search for azcanta which I still have to this day. Now that’s a pretty penny.

A memorable purchase I had was the following: (context) I played a 5 way game of magic one time, where four of us were still new an using starter decks, but one of our friends brought his own cards. I remember being amazed when he cast a creature spell that said he could not lose the game and enchanted it with a spell that gave it hexproof (our starter decks don't have anything to deal with that). After that I immediately went to go buy new cards for us newbies so that we would never feel so helpless again. I bought 1000 common and uncommon cards plus 50 rares for 18$. I do think that this does capture the essence of competitive card games, where you duel with someone who pulls a move or combo that blows your mind and inspires you to go and make an even more unique deck to blow their mind and then the cycle continues.

The best purchase I ever made Magic related, was buying into a special Ultimate Masters Draft with myself and 7 other really strong Magic Players at our local Shop. UMA was expensive, and our Store Owner was hesitant at first due to the price of the Boxes, but he let the 8 of us do this Draft, and having never really pulled a big tier 1 Money card before, staring at me right in the face was a Tarmogoyf in one of my 3 packs. Best moment of my life.

The absolute best magic the gathering purchase I ever made was when I was (and still currently am) making my favorite type of deck. It’s a commander deck with elves and hydras. The Guild decks here in Georgia sell for $20 each. $400 dollars worth of guild decks (sold as the deck, not the singles) in a $100 purchase is not a bad day. I think one of the best MTG buys I had made was about two weeks ago. I had bought a God-Eternal Oketra and a pair of Krenkos to round off a deck that will make infinite creature tokens of various types. Starting with the Infinite Squee engine (which I had purchased the parts I was missing in that one several months ago) you had debuted here on your channel, God-Eternal Oketra makes a lot of 4/4 Zombie Warriors. Added bonuses include 2 Open the Graves, 2 Desecrated Tombs, Teysa Karlov, 2 Death Barons, Helm Of The Host (Usually on Oketra, Teysa, or Krenko) 2 Poison-Tip Archers, 2 Angelic Exaltations, 2 Ajani's Welcomes, and an Ethereal Absolution. Krenko, Blackblade Reforged, and the Angelic Exaltations are used generally when the other combos are not put together yet. All in all, this deck has tremendous synergy since everything has come together. It all started with a little idea from a video and a later purchase down the road.

Best MTG purchases: my very first starter and booster packs in 1994. I had lost interest in another CCG, Spellfire, and have really enjoyed the games, friendships, and camaraderie. Also, the place we all bought cards from was unique: The Green Shack, between the train tracks on Front Street in Berea, Ohio. It was this tiny little building, all alone in a heavy industrial area near a concrete/cinder block manufacturer. Biking to this place in the midst of trains, cranes, and heavy equipment was a bit unnerving, but made for lasting great memories.

Story of the best thing I've bought: a kaladesh pack. The day before my graduation from high school, my boyfriend and I grabbed some victory milkshakes and decided to get some victory booster packs as well. We were in the mood to try some kaladesh, we both got decent rares, about $5-7. I was very happy with my aetherflux reservoir, and moved on to look at the art of the swamp in the pack after. My hand slipped and behind it I saw the mana vault masterpiece and almost cried. I wasn't expecting it to be behind the land, so I had already accepted the lack of a masterpiece.

My best purchase was going to my lgs and I saw that they had one Guilds of Ravnica, one duel player deck type thing meant for beginners, and a kaledesh pack. The Guilds of Ravnica pack had a Niv Mizzet with a foil arclight. The duel play deck thingy from another ravnica set had a Foil Rakdos and a Cyclonic Rift. And the last but not least the Kaledesh pack had a Sword of Feast and Famine Invention

The best purchase I ever made was when this kid came into our lgs and really wanted to play fnm but didn’t have a standard deck and didn’t know it so I sat him down figured out what he liked to play and proceed to build him a deck that he could be somewhat competitive through the night. He took 6th place out of 32 players and the excitement that kid had was well worth the money I spent and he still plays to this day and we talk decks when we see each other at the shop.

The best purchase I have ever made MTG related was definitely M13 booster pack. When I bought that very first booster pack my rare was Ajani, Caller of the Pride. Ever since then I have been into magic the gathering because of the art and the strategic planning and most importantly the community. Then it wasn't until last year i started watching RU-vid channels and discovered the most amazing channel. Long live the moss SKADOOOOSH!!!!!!

The best magic the gathering product I purchased was black/white intro pack to journey into nyx. At the time I was just getting into mtg but only because my best friend kept trying to teach me the game even tho he barely knew it himself. It was really easy for me pick up because I had already been a fan of playing yugioh. Alittle time passes and we both get to know the game alittle better and I got introduced to my other 2 best friends. We quickly became close with one another and it centered around this card game. Fast forward about 6 or 7 years later and I can truly say that these guys have been some of the best influences to happen in my life and if it wasnt for this card game bringing me close to my friends and making them family to me for I wouldnt know who I would have become. Still after all this time with one of us being in the air force, another being an aspireing tattoo artist, and another getting married this weekend and starting his own family we still play magic the gathering till this day.

I was on a class trip and my friends been playing magic for a while and I played with their decks sometime and we decided to play a sealed, my first ever. We bought 7 packs each, cracked 6 and played with our sealed decks. I won and got the seventht booster from everybody and I pulled a foil search for azcanta. PS: The guildkits are amazing. They selled them for 20 to 25 bucks but the value is around 30+ dollars.

Best purchase I've ever made was Experimental frenzies for my red affinity deck, works so well with the deck. I am yet to draw it in a real game but I can see my deck completely destroying once i drop it haha. Awesome unboxing video! Such a gamble but it seems you got the value back! Also I think nobody purchases those premade decks anymore and the value of the dropped significantly. Might be the reason for adding almost 10 premade decks. Love the land artwork! Best Purchase was 3 packs of RNA to play Magic for the first time and do my first ever draft! Yes, I snagged a Kaya's Wrath, a foil Breeding Pool, and a Spawn of Mayhem...but it was my best purchase mostly cuz it got me hooked! Someone dude my dad worked with was selling his late sons collection about a year ago, it was a big ass zip up binder FULL (no spot empty) of about 100 pages of just rares and mythics from like every set since Dragon Maze to Amonket. There was also a cardboard box filled with deck boxes and bundle boxes filled with commons and uncommons, like 4 commander decks, and an old standard goblins deck. He offered all of this for sale for $100. I didn’t know what all he had till I got home. I’m happy all these cards found a home honestly, because his dad didn’t know what he had, he was just trying to clean house. I think he ended up moving to Ohio or something. But yea, I’ve been busy with school to play that much, I haven’t played at my LgS since M19 prerelease so I’m looking forward to some new cards really, get back into the game.

Ended up with most of the 3 Gods, 3 Finales, and a Gideon black blade for my mythics. Got everything my group needed except the Liliana someone hoped for (but to be fair its one of the best in the set). At the time that Worldwake was new I went to my local card shop and bought a box in hopes of getting cards for the current vampire deck I was running. I was too excited to wait to get home that I opened the box in my car. I had some amazing pulls and opened 6 (non-foil) mythics. However the cards that made the purchase so amazing was that I pulled both a non-foil and a foil version of Jace the Mindsculpter. I was so incredibly happy I walked back into the store just to thank the guy who sold me the box... Almost hugged him. The depressing part was I had set both of them aside and never played them, only to one day discover someone stole them from my collection. I was heartbroken and because of that I stopped playing for years. I picked the game back up to play Commander with friends. Just a week ago I finally got my hands on another non-foil Jace the Mindsculpter. A card that I plan to always hokd onto now, don't think I'll ever see a holo one again though.

Best buy i can say was my friends collection. He was going through a ruff time and just did not have time to play. He offered me to buy it since he know i was the biggest collector out of our crew. To my surprise there was a unlimited mox pearl in the binder. I paid 300 for his collection. Lets just say the collection was worth more then that 300. So the mox was sold and money was given to him. He never knew what he had. He said he had pick up collections at yard sells. I still own most of his collection but still that buy effect us both. In different ways.

Yes, more budget decks. I usually can afford play sets of commons and uncommons for each new set that comes out, and I let my middle school students borrow them to make decks. I love to share the love of the hobby, and providing a safe place to play. My best magic purchase, buying the cards to make your budget infect deck. It opened my eyes to the power of budget decks, and that I don’t need to spend lots of money on rares to have fun and be competitive. I am really enjoying the Pauper format.

Best purchase to date: 2016 right before atraxa and breya as well as the others got printed, decided to buy the entire 2014 Commander set for around 140 bucks. Present day: the entire 2014 Commander set practically doubled and still hold the majority of the cards i.e. wurmcoil Engine, grave Titan, Gisa and so forth. Btdubs, love the vids man keep spellslinging.

I don't really have much that I have bought for magic to tell you about because I just got back into it just recently but the top things from magic iv bought are 1. 2 rakdos guild kits 2. A 60 card Grenzo Comander deck 3. 60 card sliver comander deck and a hand full of random rares from a freind of mine those are the only big buys i ha ve done recently because I haven't been playing magic much cause of issues until just recently thanks for making the great content btw keep it up 😊

That was indeed either a beta or alpha swamp (it's really hard to tell the difference. Based on the conditon, if it's a beta it would go between $10-$13. If it was alpha, it would go between $20-$25. Also, with all ten guild kits go for about $200-$250. The value for that was insane. Anyways hope that was helpful.

My best purchase was my first purchase ever. I bought a booster pack of Guilds of Ravnica and pulled an assassins trophy. From there I went on to build a golgari deck based on the first rare I ever pulled and I’ve been in love with magic ever since.

The best magic purchase I ever made was actually my first prerelease box ever. I was new to magic, and bought into the prerelease for amonkhet. I thought how cool would it be to pull the green God I had heard about since I loved green. Not only was Rohnas my promo, but I pulled a non-foil as well. I was able to place second thanks to a giant indestructible beat stick despite being so new to the game. I had no idea he was one of the more valuable pulls as well back then. Great memories that really make the amonkhet set special to me.

My beat purchase was at fort Leonard wood. I bought the green precon and a single pack of fate reforged I believe and pulled a foil ugin. New to commander I threw him in my precon and actually was able to play him as well in a 3 way free for all with soldier friends. Was nice! I'll never forget it. That card also helped through maternity leave for myself and mother when I had to sell it for the ends to be met! Magic legit is penny stocks and has always came in clutch when life throws curve balls. Keep it up moss boss!

Got back into Mtg about a week ago , got myself a bundle and a tool kit. Decent but the lightning agro deck I got a few hours ago has the be the icing on the cake for me.

I was in Portland last year & went to a local game shop in the city. Not only did I find a Metalworker there, but I also bought a booster pack of Eternal Masters & pulled a Force Of Will. That was by far my best Magic purchase.

Best purchase I made is I bought a couple of booster boxes of Cold Snap when it first came out as I was trying to get the set. But then a friend gave me a bunch of the cards as they were getting out of the game and I was able to complete the set that way and didn't open the second box. I put the sealed booster box in my closet and forgot about it until recently when my oldest asked me what the cards in my closet were. I was surprised to see how much that box has gone up in value as I think I spent maybe 70-80 on it, so now I'm holding onto it and didn't let my son open it. We got him some of his own cards and he's starting to learn the game (he'll be 8 later this year). He's also very fond of foil cards 😂

The absolute best purchase I've ever made in magic the gathering was easily my very first starter kit back in 7th edition. I sat down and read that freaking encyclopedia sized rule booklet backwards and forwards, like everyone else, I could NOT translate banding... But I still studied every little rule and just fell in love with MTG! Skadoosh!

Amazing pulls on this. My biggest pull so far was during the pre-release for WOS. I pulled Kefnet and Oketra from the same box. That's right. Two gods from one box.

I would say that my best and most remarkable acquisitions so far were my Gaea's Cradle and Serra's Sanctum, as they were almost out of my price range when I got then. I also recently got some old cards for a very decent price, including an Alliances FoW in very good shape 😀. Nice video btw. I specially liked the foil guild leaders!!

These guildkits are going sealed 5 for about 75-80. The RNA ones are a bit cheaper (and less valuable except Gruul than the GRN ones). Getting all 10 under 100 is a good value on its own.
