Glad to see the teggy again . Hope to see you guys getting into a lil better equipment such as Skar , CTsounds or NVX great quality and bass that won’t break the bank . You’ll be into a whole new level , or just even getting a Skar audio ported box to try these Walmart subwoofers . You’ll get a whole lot better performance. With the proper tuning and wiring you’ll be blown away .
For another budget build you should do the Jensen XDA92RB $59.99 with a Jensen J12W 1200 watt subwoofer $34.95 and a Scosche SE12KT-WM1SD sub box $47.97. you should be able to pick all that up at any walmart, The Jensen amps actually make they're rms rating and more
Please stick to reviewing these low budget dirt cheap audio stuff instead of those ridiculously overpriced stuff........ it's more fun that way. I'm sure that's why you guys are always doing these el cheap-O reviews anyway, right? LOL.
Got a good 4 to 5 mins in and was going to suggest you re position sub to downfire as by looking at the box you can tell. But seems as though you beat me to it. I also run a single 10" on 800 watts. It's almost to much for me. 3 years and I still feel the same way, a single 10" just sounds the best to me.
Just got this today. I’ve had a 300 watt rms Rockville and a 500ish watt rms pioneer subwoofer. This one is nearly as loud as the Rockville was. Any suggestion for how to tune it or keep it from tearing up?
Had this woofer for a week. Sounded amazing, but the amp overheated and didnt turn on anymore. It was a shame cause i really enjoyed it. Awesome videos by the way, been on a binge watching em all
Hahaha happy to hear your enjoying our videos! 😁 we try making them entertaining and informative! But on the overheating issue… same problem with the dual set up i have but i added some fans to blow on them and its working great ! no more overheating ! 😂
Yea I knew about the overheating issues but thought it'll be fine, I was wrong. I ended up going with the jensen 600 watt amp you did a video on and a skar sub from Amazon. Amp is pretty insane for 60 bucks
@@TNG11Automotive it seems like yall do a lot of Walmart have yall looked at the gothic power accoustik for what it is it is a good subwoofer. Put it on the most powerful Walmart amp. And ported box and I gaurentee will be biggest bass you have heard ever. Especially if your ears arnt used to bass like on a 1200-5000 watts
On the black civic put those pioneers speakers they sound real good, i put those all the way around on my chevy impala and my chevy equinox it makes a big differece.
Personal opinion but I run the dual one got 2 in my truck turn bass boost off or down it distorts and sometimes lessens performance and on those things turn the input level all the way up I've been running mine for 6+ months like that they sound fine and haven't blown yet lol

I just bought 2 of these over the weekend and they suck.. Over heats after 20mins of play time. THEY ARE GOING BACK. Spend a little more and a amp. All in one systems are just no good, Atleast this brand. I have 2 Pioneers in a semi truck similar to these and they work great. Get what you pay.

@@TNG11Automotive Does not matter if bass boost or loudness is off on headunit. Rule of thumb NEVER use BASS BOOST even if it is on the amp side that is how you blow your subwoofers sooner.
Check main fuse to battery , power connection to battery , ground cable , fuse at built in amplifier, blue signal wire from stereo, and well check the power wire from front to back of car for any crimped power wire to ground
@@TNG11Automotive update, I decided to just take a risk and try returning it to Walmart without the receipt, they actually took it and when I plugged it in and powered right on so I must have blown the first one 😂 do I gotta adjust any of the things like the bass crossover frequency ect
@@TNG11Automotive well it turns out that the sub was blown because I brought it to Walmart yesterday in the box and they actually returned it lol and I got a new one plugged it in and it powered right up, so I blew the sub.... What should I have the base input level and crossover and equalizer set at? right now I have the input at Max bass , bad idea?
