Stupid question, but are all these different cabinets we see just painted a different color and you can pick what color you want them painted when you make your selections, or are they actually different woods, fake woods, etc.? Also, on that Perry Home, that backyard looks like it's sloped straight into the house or am I imagining that? Seems like a drainage problem? Or maybe not and it drains around the house. I'm asking because it looks like the gutters just drain out and not underground into pipes or anything. Thanks for the videos. You do a great job on these walkthroughs.
I pretty much like Houston better than Jacksonville and most of the Texas metros. I been hearing that its cheaper and not boring like Floridas cheapest largest city which is Jacksonville
@28:30 that’s a damn small narrow shower for a home that size, shame on Perry Homes! That home was beautiful but the size of the shower makes it a big no no! Highland home used the spaces really well but the biggest negative is the lack of walk in pantry which is a must for Texas sized homes
Yeah, that bathroom was kinda disgraceful. Closet size was pathetic too considering there was only one. They could easily have cut out some space elsewhere.
