Given that this video was uploaded about a year ago, info about BJN is incorrect, there aren’t water parks, and they didn’t “just started building homes” they have been doing so for years. Memberships start off at about $180k plus annual members dues, probably looking at $200k It is a truly an amazing place, but a lot goes behind the scenes to make that happen
Bruh said…”this an oben space and is a plenty good sized living room😂😂😂😂” I hollered!!! The lie tripped his lips..😂😂😂So…these are townhomes at best. I don’t think any of the 2 bedrooms count as big enough for more than a full. Looks like they wasted space in that walk in closet. There’s a junk spot under the stairs. You have a kids room all the way upstairs with a place room open to the den so they can fall to their deaths 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
Same people "homes are not affordable!" are the ones saying "these are not livable homes sizes!" yet these are the size and look just like homes built in the 50's. They always talk about how previous generations had it easier when buying a home yet they complain when homes that look like those homes previous generations bought are affordable.
Y’all that’s cut and shoot, that area has been expanding FAST. So property tax and traffic is an issue cause they’re expanding 105. So if you’re interested I’d recommend waiting a couple years til they’re done with that road.
Better have good flood insurance. Both West Fork (upstream) and River Plantation (downstream) fllod regularly. The grand lake looks like an old cut-off oxbow lake of the river.
Ive lived in Houston for 32 years. You need to be a special kind of person to survive here. The heat, the traffic, the mosquitoes and the rain will F u the H up
All of our other videos do, but you can’t when the price changes because I can’t go back and re-edit Here is the listing with the pricing s.hartech.io/4TYJznk8H8m
I’ve seen condos in Texas BIGGER AND BETTET AND CHEAPER. Also, Marie village is right next to CUT-AND-SHOOT. The worst town in Houston, the most racist town to ever exist.
He didnt mention that it comes with higher levels of formaldehyde even ! Just shown to lower brain function then you dont care you bought a over priced particle wood structure. 🎉
Ive lived in Houston 15 years now and live in the GOOF. this is a good video but he underestimates the drive time and traffic. Unless you work in the suburbs and have little kids that will be entering Elementary school, rrrreally think twice about living in the suburbs. There are REGULAR accidents and can make your commute completely dreadful and you'll never see your kids during the weekdays. They'll have to be in after school care everyday. Also, most of the cool spots and events happen inside the 610 loop. So think about your social life. Personally I don't think more square footage offsets the lack of entertainment and the hour+ long commutes!
Watch our updated video on the neighborhood! Also we’d love to help, we are #1 in sales in GCP by a long shot and know all of the builders. Reach out now! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-RkGPpwGeJH0.htmlsi=UGfmnyntLpF59rmn
This is sad for new home buyers. Excellent video by the way. I bought my home in Sachse,Texas back 2004 2300 sqft for mere 155K. Glade I bought when I did because it shot up to 430k now days. I'm never moving lol
I will never pay this amount for a home never, Texas you lost your mind, no trees are you really serious, greed is getting out of control and the mortgage payments you got to be crazy, home buyer's be careful and aware of the construction build, make sure you check everything in these home's in an area such as this, just be aware.
These are cheap sh!tholes. Good luck and enjoy your thrown together piece of junk with huge cracks going actoss your walls. They throw these houses up in seconds with the laziest cheapest labor they can get gluing stuff back together as they go. Run dont walk from these new builds!!! These are going to fall apart in less rhan a year
