There is a strat. I’m a bit late but what u do is once u get diamond once u finish that heist. Next heist what u do is start the scout mission and cancel it while still in the casino. That lets u get the same loot as the previous heist. I get artwork every time thanks to it

When the helicopter doesn't appear, continue down the road past the light and turn around. It will pop up either in front of your eyes or as you're turning around to see it. If you have two separate vehicles, it will not spawn easily and both cars have to pass the light. If one of you doesn't, for some reason it doesn't spawn in. I test a bunch of shit. When you have everything and money isn't an issue you fuck around a lot.

Just a tip if you go over there other bridge so you cant see if it spawns. I like your own car. It Will never spawn in your face. Look oppesite side and it spawn i front off you. Same with heli.
