An option would be to make chicken stroganoff, the same recipe but using chicken thighs!

Let me know what you think of the Mediterranean dip please il interested to try it. You speakinf about picnics is making me think of doing one soon before the cooler weather!

I love it! I highly recommend the dip! I want to get the dip next week again, hope it's on sale haha 😄 Yess for the picnic as well, it was such nice weather on the weekend too. Not too hot not too cold.

Those cucumbers are 98 cents at the fruit shop inside of Ashfield mall but i seen them for that price a few days ago so I’m not sure if they still are or not and I think eggplant was 1.50 a kilo

With the thick terriyaki sauce do you put it on chicken when serving or do you cook the chicken in the sauce?also the black pepper sauce is it spicy or just peppery? Wanting to try some new things

I add the thick Terriyaki sauce on at the end 😃 also the black pepper sauce isn't Spicy for me, but my partner says it's a bit Spicy (strong pepper taste - maybe you need to water it down a bit for kids) hope that helps ❤

You should try making burgers / steak sandwiches with the lamb steak on turkish bread with rocket, tomato, cheese, mayo?

I've always liked eggplants but I don't buy it often. Now that I can find them at the markets for great prices I buy it every week 🤣😄

I don't dislike many foods but eggplant is one as my Mum used to make me eat it as a kid however I haven't tried it as an adult

Maybe ease your way into it and try eggplant dip? Often it has alot of spices and mayo so the eggplant flavour isn't super strong in my opinion
