Definitly grade the umbreon. It could 10 and surprise you. If it gets a 9 you won't lose much value from raw and you could crack it if you want to keep it in the PC

Nothing wrong with keeping that Moonbreon in binder. I’ve been keeping mine in my Evolving Skies binder along with the rest of the valuable cards from that set, and they’re all as good as they were 2-3 years ago when I acquire them. Granted I double sleeve them and the binder I use is a zippered Topdeck sideloading binder that’s about as premium as binders get. Just make sure to double sleeve your cards, use good binders with good pockets that keep cards in place, and be careful not to bend the pages when you flip through it from time to time and your cards should be perfectly protected.

Get a top loader binder for your top loader cards...or keep it in the safe unless you decide to sell it. I'd hold onto it if I were you..moonbreon is an awesome artwork and I don't see it dropping much in market value over time.
