@@billhosko7723 Homes built before 1977 are pre-code. You have no idea how badly and dangerous these homes can be. Aluminum wiring that overheats and catches fire (a mobile home burns up fast). They would glue two 2 X 2s together and call it a 2 X 4 and that's just for starters.
