Laundry upfront. 2 guest beds and bath ok. Primary an ok space. En-suite small. Like pocket doors, double sinks & linen closet & shower. Closet small for 2. Great for 1. Enclosed pool. Had potential. 2nd home nice elevation. Look at the aerial view. Back to back enclosed pools. Another kitchen upfront? Dated but clean, pantry, nook, laundry. The dining space is right on entry. Primary ok size. Nice floors. Omg. The closet is sad. Oh. More through the door. Bathroom dated. Yes. Big shower. Oh 3 more bedrooms to 1 bathroom. The outdoor the seller here. Clean. Spacious. Enclosed pool. Nice. 3rd home nice front elevation. Oh. Fully furnished? Let’s see. Well I see part of the kitchen on entry 🫤. At least not all of it. Kitchen a little small but nice. Laundry. Dining/living area. Ok size bedrooms & bath. Good size primary. Small en-suite. Oh you didn’t show the closet. Lovely backyard. All 3 homes will make someone happy. Jojo’s looks fun. Hi Kaleb, This is an Awesome Home. I liked the fact that the Kitchen is in the front Very Pretty. But again Kaleb, My biggest pet peeved is Swimming pool. Dont like them at all. But overall this is a Fantastic Home! House #2. $400,000 Is not worth it, Too Old School for me, No kind of Atyle at all. No update on this one at all.! House #3, Wasnt to bad. The Tile looks really old school. My Favorite Home is Definitely House #1. Yes its away from everything, But still liked the Style. Great Video Kaleb, See you at the Next one😅
