$5000 cant get u a car in my country(Singapore). You need to buy both the car and bid for a certificate call COE which will allows you to drive your car in public. And the COE is ridiculously expensive. Most of the time more expensive then the actual car. I believe my dads car which is a mazda 6, the coe for 5 years cost around SGD$30k+. The car itself im not sure. Most car in Singapore doesnt survive 10years. Cars that have been droven for 10 years will not be allowed to be driven anymore in the country. They are either dismantled or export out of the country.
