We're Josh and Ollie, and we're very Jolly :D On this channel you'll find two best friends who have spent too much time on the internet, and in any given video pretty much anything can happen! We have a jolly community of friends and family that we also love to bring on to the channel, so come and join in the fun!
We've been doing RU-vid for a long time; we actually started in 2013 introducing Korean culture on another channel called Korean Englishman - so check us out there if you're interested in Korea!
there's a great documentary on sr. trejo called champion that's well worth watching. also, the trejo's tacos cook book is filled with stories of him coming up in la, which makes for a good read even if you don't cook. if you do cook, seriously check out his risotto recipe.
I don't really know much about him, I've certainly seen him in a few movies, but he's never stuck in my head. This interview really changed that. What a lovely man. Ollie, killed it on this interview, man. Great ep guys.
When I was about 8, we had an American exchange teacher for a couple of terms. On his last day with us, he excitedly brought in some ice tea and some Hershey's chocolate. "Kids in the US LOVE this stuff, you kids are gonna LOVE IT too!!". I can't tell you how crestfallen he was when we tried it.
That taco joint is going to overwhelm a lot of folks with real Mexican flavors. And hopefully teach a lot of Brits how to actually pronounce taco. (It's an ah sound like wall, tah-kos, not tack-o's)
Man I love you guys! I really want to come and meet you guys. That's the reason I'm studying, to study in the UK in the future. You guys really help me through my depression!
"Everything good that's ever happened to me is a direct result of helping somebody else"...WOW That actually brought a tear to my eye. While making me smile...just, wow... This guy's living proof that you cannot judge a book by the cover. I'd like to see him in a movie with some funny people, you know like Jim Carrey or the Trailer Park Boys maybe Tom Green. He'd probably end up choking Tom Green though. 🤣
I'm sure this sounds silly to some, but hearing Danny Trejo openly talking about getting emotional and crying in a movie scene gives me so much hope. Here's the toughest of the tough guys letting us know it's alright to cry. Love this guy. You deserve everything you have achieved and accomplished throughout your life, and wish you nothing but the best
I disagree with Trejo (Of course, I'm sitting her in the safety of my home behind a keyboard). I think his most iconic movie death so far is in Breaking Bad where his severed head goes walking through the scene perched on the back of a tortoise
