Hey y'all!! I decided to try Zury V8910 Rod Set crochet braids hairstyle using a braidless crochet method therefore no cornrows were used for this protective hairstyle. This install took no more than 20 minutes. There was no braiding pattern or any complicated parting or special method used for this protective hairstyle. It is definitely a beginner friendly protective hairstyle so anyone can try this.

How long did you keep this style up for.? Did you sleep in the hair.?

@@maiarhodes9436 I kept this style for 2 weeks max but it should be able to last longer though. Also yes I slept in it. I would say tie it down to sleep to better keep the hair in place. It’s synthetic hair so don’t expect too much from it.

Can I ask why the 8 in the back ?

In my opinion it gives the style a fuller look and I didn’t want the hair in the back too long. With this method there was also less cutting and shaping to do as the longer pieces fell around the same length as the 8” hair. So the 8” is in the very back and the very front.
