$15 RGB Video Lights? Good or Bad? 

Cheap RGB video lights with remote control for just $15, it possible?
We tested out 2 basic outdoor flood lights that have variable color modes and other features. Take a look at how they work and how to set them up to fit on standard light stands.
With a total cost of $40 for 2, it is hard to ignore their usefulness in a colorful lighting project.
While they are not big name video lights, they still have some great possibilities and will be a very useful tool in our lighting inventory.
