And even if it's adults that open it you better chain your kid to your leg if you as much as need to go for a pee or grab something from the fridge because if you don't or you forget to close it for a second then that's all it takes

Ashton Silom looks more luxurious than Ashton Asoke but a bit far away from BTS and MRT Most of condos in Bangkok look super luxury the condos design room layout and decoration very high class

For the second bedroom, you’re referring to a Murphy bed, designed to fold up & out of the way, freeing up valuable space when not in use. Very nice condos showcased so far. Take care & stay safe. 😊

Fantastic view for sure, but overpriced for a 1 bedroom unit with a kids room/office. I wouldn't class that as a 2br for 2 paying adults to split the rent it's more of a kids room, or office.

I'm not trying to come across all nanny state here but in all seriousness that window design is insanely dangerous and stupid. How long before a couple people with a few drinks in them mucking about on that sofa or a curious toddler gets to be "literally one with the skyline" as you put it? Its going to happen. The architect behind this is an absolute bellend.
