I get it, if you can afford 2.5 mill you can afford to build a small wall with windows for natural light that you can put drapes on. Totally doable! Since its only going to be me, I wouldnt mind the loft style at all!

I don't mind the open bedroom because, yes, that's what a loft is. I really don't like the open shower right next to the bed though. I don't know what the view angle is but if you're downstairs, can others see you showering? Sorry, maybe I'm just not hip enough for this place. LOL

Do designers think that the people who can afford this condo don’t like to cook? The kitchens are usually pathetic with a severe lack of counter space, or storage/pantry space. Where are you supposed to put the kitchen aid mixer and roll out pastry dough? I guess designers think their customers don’t, or can’t cook.
