Beautiful condo. Didn’t see anything I didn’t like. They’re asking $5.7 million Canadian. But if you buy with US dollars it’s yours for roughly $4.1 million. That’s a savings of over a million dollars! I’ll take it, soon as I get my stimulus check.
Maria A Given that a stimulus check is $1,200 WTF could it be if “not” a joke? You need to worry about yourself that you saw the need to make a dumb ass comment like that.
@@94110mission he meant about your savings comment you idiot. You don't save money by converting currency from canadian to US dollars. its just difference of currency value because of GDP and PPP and because of inflation. I know these terms are beyond your understanding so its okay.
@@Sarvagya4 What the Hell are you talking about? And who the fuck is the "he" you're referring to? I was talking to Maria. You're just another dumb-ass troll.
All these places start to look alike if you watch enough videos. One thing I’lll say is that if you’re sober or a recovering alcoholic, it must be hard to shop for a place that doesn’t have a wet bar or wine storage space, because they ALL have them now. I don’t know how you’d repurpose that space if you’re not a drinker.
Well, its gonna be on the market for much longer still now ... Much less people are buying, including high end AND the banks are tightening up their purse strings (double wammy)
mark12345680 wow good memory... it was from awhile ago... but still listed... I saw it on HGTV’s Hot Market and reminded me to make it a public video :-)
you'd get a much better view from the east end condos looking west. plus sunsets are better. barely can see the cn tower here. and the guy is probably getting out before more condos build in front of his condo.
Hey please i have a recommendation.Kindly please do show an aerial view of all houses you post for a better understanding of the neighbourhood like you did in this video. Thanks
Concrete jungles are in any cosmopolitan city core condos. It’s urban & chic. I like it. I don’t mind the concrete lol. It’s a feel good thing for me. It’s like bright lights, big city. I love the electricity downtown & there’s so much to do & see
The Truth I don not mind bid city but not to live in full time. Someone I know came home in the suburbs from Toronto because of the careless behaviour at the moment. Not respecting the recommendation given regarding Covid-19
@@angelebabin4313 Its funny you mention this ... I'm actually a front line healthcare worker for one of the downtown Hosp. in TO. If anyway would have the right to say such a thing it would be a front liner. Seeing masks being used incorrectly (wasted mask) while there is a mask shortage for us front liners (we're having to recycle them), seeing how people use gloves actually making the situation worse and then more so, dumping them on the ground ?!?!?! Oh, its mind boggling knowing what we know and then seeing what we see. But that is the general public. How can we expect anything else?
The Truth Thank you for responding. It is heartbreaking seeing people behaviour. I see you and all others worker in the front line as our soldier I have so much respect for all of you. I call this crisis Emotional intelligence in development and unfortunately some people will not get their permit. Are they going to get more supplies soon?
It’s a great place but the shots of the neighbourhood are less than compelling. It feels like there’s no neighbourhood in that neighbourhood. It has the charm and feel of a suburban shopping mall. Ooh we have our own Jack Astor’s? This is a selling point?
You are paying to be in the core of a first tier city with one of the best views across Canada, I'd say 1700 CAD really is nth if you want to get something close in NYC. I don't even wanna mention other Asian first tier cities. I'm from Hong Kong and 1700 CAD per sqft doesn't even count as middle class level housing so let's not go that way lmao.
You can’t compare to HK. That’s like one of the most expensive $/square foot. That’s comparing apples to oranges. If you compare this to other toronto neighbourhoods like yorkville for example, yorkville still has some penthouses starting at like $1300/. I do hope it sells for this much though so my own penthouse in the core will increase in value lol
