Crocodiles have a highly efficient respiratory system that enables them to extract oxygen from the air, however they do not have gills like fish. Instead, they have a special adaptation that allows them to remain submerged for extended periods while still breathing. I have been watching your videos for a while Luke. We're thrilled to have you exploring our wonderful country and sharing your experiences with the world. Thank you! enjoy your rest of the trip to Nepal.
I am very happy to learn about crocodiles from your video! I am also very happy to see an elephant drinking water from the tap with its trunk for the first time! That expert is very professional and cool. I appreciated at him for taking care of the boatman! You are very smart to choose two cooking methods, and I will do the same! I think the fried ones is very suitable for takeout! This episode is very much like watching that movie "Indian Jones", haha! Thank you very much for sharing, great job! 👍🥰🙏
The elephants were so lovely. Glad to see you made it through the croc hunt intact. The fish fingers 🤣🤣 That was one instance where I was happy to see wishes not come true 🙌🐊 As always, wonderful content 🌄 love to see the smiles 🌍🎉
The elongated and prehensile trunk, or proboscis, consists of both the nose and upper lip, which fuse in early fetal development. This versatile appendage contains up to 150,000 separate muscle fascicles, with no bone and little fat.
Me and my family took one of these canoe rides a few years back in the winter. It was an absolutely amazing experience. We were sitting all stiff and scared cuz there were crocodiles EVERWHERE, you look to the left, crocs, you look to the right, crocs 😂. But overall it was a really amazing experience. We were really fortunate to have experienced that.
Weather was bit bad , otherwise you'd have a great chance too see more crocs , rhinos and other different species of birds. Anyway , you did cherish every minute of canoe ride and savoured the delicious taste of Nepalese MOMO as well. Keep exploring , Luke.
I'm from Nepal but I dont support these innocent animal rides... these beautiful animals are being bullieed by thier master so badly if they dont obey... By thier ride these animals suffer thier back injury badly and cant walk after their early 70s and their master might kill them bcz its borden for them

Luke come to Myakka in Florida, natural habitat for massive gators just all over. Not a tourist spot. People fish in waders right along with them. I canoe and fish, there are no guides just gators..nature. Xoxoxox

Hi buddy, i am watching your video all the way from Australia and i belong from this place so i enjoyed it just let you know i recommend you to visit meghauli which is not very far from where you are now i sure you will find more advanture .
I wonder if the momos pan fried would be better then deep fried like a Japanese gyoza, lightly crisp and probably keep some of the moisture inside, I know it takes away the Nepal side of things, but it's just a thought I love food 😂.
I was in school and we went around there with few of my friends. We swim across the river naked, left all the stuffs on the other side and got stuck 😂due to the crocodiles 🐊 I swear the god didn’t knew anything but was lucky nobody got hurt.
@@vipulbansal361 well yea but as an American that’s what makes it fun, we sell makeshift grenades (fireworks) and the country intrust 18 year olds to not blow off appendages 🤷🏻♂️
most elephants are really poorly treated in south east asia :( unfortunately. the keepers are super abusive. even worse in thailand (outside the sanctuaries).. they use those sticks with hooks in them to stab the side of their necks to get them to do stuff.. chain them up and so on. they're such amazing animals and humans torture them for pennies. sad world.
Im curious people are fine with domesticating so many animals, horses, cows etc but elephants are big no no is it because they are "intelligent"? if thats the argument what about pigs, said to be extremely smart.
Wrong information for you from the guide actually the crocodile can stay under the water around 45 min to 1 hours after that they have to come out for breath. Other wise I like the video and plan to go vist nepal soon.maybe January.
35:51 broo that's not momos that's momo we nepali People call it momo but those Indians just played with the word and started saying momos. Whenever somebody says momos to momo we Nepali people literally get triggered and correct the person 😂
We couldn't see any crocodile 🐊 in this video. All we saw was your friend and your face throughout the boat ride. You may need a camera with better pixels.
Again with the bangers luke!!! this looks like so much fun man, speaking of cheese paratha are you ever going back to quita chai and maybe see amar = ))
FYI Crocodiles do not have gills. They breathe oxygen in the same way humans do. When basking on land with the mouth open, crocodilians breathe mostly through their mouth. When in water, the mouth is usually closed and they breathe through the lungs . Crocodile Explore
