Brother, that barbar was actually expecting 30 BDT from you and you gave him 20000 BDT. So initially his mind couldn't process it. he thought you gave him 20000 BDT by mistake. Then he realised that it is a gift, not any mistake. Then he happily accepted the gift. You are a very generous human being.
Ya exactly that happened. The hand thing was okay, he didn't bother by that. It was a really very big unexpected gift for him. Very kind of you, Harry.
Actually the Barbara thought foreigners are too much rich and giving 20k to anybody iz common in other countries. and the other thing iz he doesn't speak English so he don't know how to express his gatitude in English.
Hello Harry, come to Saudi Arabia. My country is a beautiful country. Entering Saudi Arabia is easy for tourists. May God protect you and come to us safely.
Sir, I enjoyed watching your travel video and I saw that you are a very humane person. I am really impressed by you who help the poor, you are certainly not only educated but also a self-educated modern young man. Our Jesus Christ also said to love the poor and helpless. God bless you always, thank you.
Harry brother can you visit sylhet.. please come to visit sylhet..a lot of sylheti people live in England.. please come to sylhet.. sylhet is the natural beauty of Bangladesh
@@harryjaggardtravel Thanks for your positive review about our country and our loving peoples, they are reali good and friendly, our main problem is our politicians, the make us divide and rules position. Thank you again,i hope you will come again our country.🇧🇩
You are very kind brother Harry. Thank you for visiting Bangladesh 🇧🇩. The small children in mosque wanted to talk to you but couldn't because they don't know English. Btw enjoyed your video
I can't believe my eyes, you sat there to have a shave! Almost 98% of Bangladeshi young people (who goes school) won't shave there. Huge respect to you, Kudos!
@@Munny606 Agreed ,Asian countries are poor but not so poor that they use razor twice ,No need to disinfect as it becomes blunt and unusable second time , In every Barber shop ,they use new and fresh blades
All the love from Pakistan 🇵🇰to the dear people of Bangladesh 🇧🇩 And thank you Harry 😊, because you have met So many different and interesting people And shown the sincerity and love of people from all countries Lots of love and respect for England and Harry 😊❤️

15:10 Usually a decent haircut in Dhaka is now 80-100 Taka and a shave is 70-80 taka. But I gotta admit not only cheap but also that barbar is so good and down to earth. You didn't give it wrong hand. He was bowing to respect you. He can support his family now. You did a great job. 17:49 Everybody loves tips. But as maximum of people are not so wealthy they usually don't receive tips often. 21:00 this road infront of Chawkbazar Shahi masjid is one of the crazy Iftar market in the month of Ramadan. 21:08 that is local made cheese. Very tasty. 25:20 That man is the friendliest man I've ever seen. Though he seems a bit talkative but he gave you very good suggestions. He does care for you. 29:57 made in china, beshidin Jaina. that means Chinese products doesn't last long. Lol. He got some jokes. 35:06 that is lalbag Shahi Masque And Lalbag Madrasa. One of the oldest, historical and most influential Islamic institutions of this Bangladesh. My grandfather was also a student of this Madarasa.
People of Bangladesh so friendly and hospitality and our Bangladesh is so so beautiful and there have many kind of a traditional food. I invite would you will come in Bangladesh 🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩 🇧🇩🇧🇩🇧🇩
You not only made this man happy but also made the whole country (Bangladesh) happy. 15:12 If the barber could speak English he would have thanked you and thanked you profusely. ♥️♥️ 22:14 😂😂 the boss has arrived.
@@harryjaggardtravel You British established the tea kingdom of Bangladesh. I think you have left Bangladesh, If you come to Bangladesh later, you must visit Sylhet first. The population of Bangladesh is more than 18 crores and Bangladesh is likely to generate many of your subscribers. I follow you on RU-vid and Instagram. Each of your videos contains simple living and beautiful blocks that can't be skipped for a minute. Hope next time when you come to Bangladesh make a series or playlist of Bangladesh with few episodes.
That was incredibly generous of you, thank you Harry! TK 20,000 is a LOT of money. Even a lot of fully educated people working an office job don’t get this much as a monthly salary in Bangladesh. For a street barber, TK 20,000 isn’t something they would have ever seen, nor ever imagined anyone would give them this. Truly very kind hearted of you to do that. And goes to show what a pure and good soul you are. Btw it wasn’t that you gave by the wrong hand. He was actually bowing down to you. In Bangladesh, poor people when truly humbled by someone’s generosity, will lower their head in respect and say a prayer for you. Because they can’t cry, nor give anything back to you. And as they don't know English, they can't say thank you either. So they just bow down and say a prayer for you.
I’m from Bangladesh 🇧🇩! Very proud of my country. Glad you enjoyed your stay! Edit: Wow guys, thank you so much for the likes! Edit 2: bruh guys chill this is the most likes I ever gotten Edit 3: guys it’s time to stop my phone gonna explode from the notifications
When you asked them for prices (whatever you buy) they keep honest in every way. Not like Indians. Bangladeshi people's are kind and helpful for foreigners. 👍🇧🇩
One thing I love about your vlog is that you always keep it simple and real. Walking through the streets of Dhaka, trying street foods, making a lots of friends and being local you take this vlogging to another level. You should take a translator or a tour guide to understand the proper meaning of people and environment. Thanks for coming to our country. Hope you'll enjoy the entire tour.
I'm glad you presented the $200 reward humbly, without a huge ceremony and pomp like some damn RU-vidrs.. barber was not talkative, but you could see the emotion in his eyes. 0.30 cents per shave, he probably makes $3-4 a day..that $200 will help him meet his family's needs for a couple months.
@@harryjaggardtravel He remembers you as long as he lives, givings to the people needy is best thing to do, they're appreciate your kindness.... Thank you and my GOD BLESS YOU.
Dear Harry, We just wanted to take a moment to share my gratitude for the incredible travel vlogs you've been putting out, specifically the ones on Bangladesh. You have such a gift for storytelling and capturing the essence of each place you visit. You have a deep respect and appreciation for the people and places you encounter on your travels. We admire your commitment to sharing an honest and authentic view of the world, and it's inspiring to see someone with such a passion for travel and adventure. You are winning every Bangladeshi's Heart indeed. Keep up the amazing work, and we can't wait to see where your travels take you next! Take Love ❤
You are very kind Harry. I couldn't stop smiling through this whole video. Hope you have a great time here in Bangladesh. Peace and respect to you. Salaam ♥️
Well done for learning the local lingo, wherever you go 👍🏼. These children maybe never saw a white dude, so well done for entertaining them and being so kind. Looking forward to the rest of your blogs in beautiful Bangladesh. 🇬🇧💜🇧🇩
This video was a blast to watch. Authentic Dhaka experience for sure! And what great gesture you've shown by gifting the barber 20K taka. That was probably equal to a couple of month's income for him.
@@harryjaggardtravel bro its only 20tk for shaving and you gave him 20k.. Even if he has 10 clients per day.. He wouldn’t be able to earn this much in 3 months. Thats insane.. May allah bless you and may allah never empties your pockets.. stay happy and blessed
Honestly we need more people like Harry who is so open minded and generous. I think the barber guy was in full shock because he only asked for 30 BDT which is about 30p but Harry gave him 20000 BDT and the barbar guy didn’t know how to react, it wasn’t about Harry giving the guy money in the wrong hands it’s just that the guy couldn’t process in his head what was happening. The guy would have had to work an entire 2/3 months to make £200 so much respect to Harry what a legend ❤️❤️
Be a little more careful, when selecting street food and venders. Always drink from closed water bottles (new). Check the lids, to make sure they are sealed too. Really enjoying the Bangladeshi blogs 👍🏼🇬🇧💜🇧🇩
36:19 those kids are students of Madras ( Islamic schooling system) They Emphasis on teaching Arabic and Quran, English is not their strong hold. Btw thanks for visiting Bangladesh Harry, wish you a very good luck...
Even after all those somewhat embarrassing encounters u still were laughing and said all those kind words about my country and gave huge amount of tips. I'm really grateful to have u in our country 🥰
Thank you so much for visiting Bangladesh, and I can't help but appreciate the way you are helping the poor and suffering people🎉❤👍 best of luck bro, go ahead j🥰👍
This made my heart so full. Not because the people of my country were nice to you but because YOU were so nice and respectful to the people of my country. Take love brother!
it's not wrong hand .He was surprised. And he was thinking whether he should take the money or not. And it took him time to understand what you were telling him. If someone suddenly gives you 20 thousand pounds then you will be in the same situation.(as a Bangladeshi I can understand his expression) I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping that poor man❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

It is very nice when a foreigner presents our Bangladesh in front of everyone. Loved greeting everyone and asking how they are doing❤️ thanks and many thanks Bro🥰🥰🖤
Harry you seem like a very kind and down to earth person! Nice video, hope you enjoy your time here. Make sure you visit Banani and Gulshan in Dhaka, those are more modern sides of dhaka. I also live in Banani, if I'm lucky enough to meet you we can grab some tea or coffee and chitchat roam around together! ❤️👌

Thanks Harry for visiting our country 🇧🇩. All Bangladeshi people are so so kind & they can't express them self in English. They're funny too. Hope you enjoy a lot with rural people. Hope you'll come again & explore the whole country 🙂
The are so many good people out there who would like to guide you through or just move around with you just for fun, not expecting anything in return. Just make friends wherever you go you will enjoy more.Bangladeshi's are the most kind hearted & hospitable people ......
Thank you Harry for always making great videos, Bangladesh has become a friendly country in my mind! That barber is really professional. After he shaves your beard, you seem to have changed your face, becoming younger and more handsome! This is the first time I saw you spraying hand sanitizer before eating, it is very special, it is really important to ensure hygiene when dining out! Somehow the gentleman at the end came into the restaurant with you, but it felt like he was a babysitter trying to help you, thanks a lot for sharing! 👍🤩🙏
Thank you brother harry..You are a very kind person, by giving 20000 tk to the barber, you have shown a big heart. Prayers and love for you. God bless you
Just a random suggestion Harry, when you Salaam and shake a Muslims hand, put your hand on your heart straight away after shaking. It's a sign of respect. Love your videos btw. You have a heart of gold.
Welcome our Dhaka.Bangladesh. 💝💝 Really We fell proud. foreigner..... like you comed our country and you tried our Street food, and our traditional food etc.Thank you so much.🥰🥰
Mash Allah! How I love to see my Muslim brothers faces on the streets of the city. They look so friendly and happy regardless hard conditions of their lives.
Its really happy to see that, everyone gives you very reasonable local price.. No tourist trap like other countries. .. Keep sharing our beautiful country.
I am a citizen of 🇧🇩 and currently in England. Love watching your video When you enter the mosque and the little children excited to see you and the smiles on their faces everything calms my mind. I have been away from my country for five long months today. My Bangladesh is the country of the simple and familiar. Hope you enjoy your trip to Bangladesh.
Welcome to Bangladesh & loved your videos. You are really brave to go to countries all alone even without having any guide or local acquaintance. It's really good to see you exploring Dhaka & communicating with locals. I would suggest you to be a little bit careful though. Specially from people like that talkative person named Imran who got hundreds of brothers. These type of people are very cunning. Almost everyone you will find are simple & honest people but you can't overlook 1% who are cunning. So be careful. I wish you a safe and happy travel in Bangladesh.
Crazy how much you’ve grown man, I’ve been here since your Jordan series back in 2021, so happy for you, you deserve this. Greatest travel vlogger on the internet
Hello Harry, I am from Bangladesh. I really appreciate what you did for the barber. He was not expecting it that's for sure. But you just gave him a chance to do something for his family. He will go home happy and share this whole story. He might even scream with happiness and share what you did for him. Take love man !
Welcome to Bangladesh❤️❤️You can visit mawa near Padma bridge to enjoy best fish & sea food, you can also go to country sides near Dhaka or hill areas Like:Bandorbon... Happy Travelling....
i personally don’t like people those who try shoving islam into other people for no reason and that man wearing black cap or whatever is annoying me although he took you around but he embarrassing us bangladeshi.
I have the utmost regard for you, my brother! Only 20-40 cents were anticipated by the barbar. Instead, you unexpectedly gave him $200. He values this sum highly. His eyes reveal his appreciation for you, and I can see it. God bless you, my friend. We appreciate you coming to our country 🇧🇩.
Dear Harry, l 'm just overwhelmed the way you 've presented our beloved dhaka city & the people you met in dhaka !! The way you 've exchanged salam & greetings that is outstanding !! Love you brother.
so is it ok for a non Muslim to exchange Salam with a Muslim person? I've often wanted to say it to my neighbours, but was scared they may think i'm insulting Islam by saying it to them
@@frothingbubbles I just wanted to make sure before I did. Just in case they took it as an insult, I wanted to be 100% certain as they are a lovely couple
Harry, there may be a communication gap because of language barrier! People may not be able to explain things properly, or may explain in a way that may give you wrong perceptions! So please be explained from an expert translator later about stuff if possible. I wish I could be with you/the tourists like you and explain detailed stuff about our country/Dhaka city/culture/society etc. May your journey be safe & Sound!
