Our 2021 Farmers' Market season has almost come to an end (we have two more "winter" markets left). I would say that by virtue of selling the most meat ever, serving the most customers ever, and grossing the most money ever it was successful. But, was it successful enough and what needs to happen going forward?

I've seen some folks do an order/pickup deal. once a week they would setup a location to make a drop--off and that seems a lot more efficient.

You have a really great farmers market avaliable. I would hire some young girl to run it for you to free up your time. Or sales and business more than doubled this year. But we do not do farmers markets. It's a complete waste of time. You should hire a sales person to help promote the farm. Ours is amazing. It's ok to grow and move more products, but it comes at a cost also. Good luck
