Insurance quotes can be provided by an Insurance Co. And, it will depend on how much coverage you're asking for.

Hi. You will pay property taxes if the MH is attached to land (Real Estate Taxes). You may pay what is called a pass on tax when the MH is on leased land. The Community (Park) owners charge a portion of Real Estate Tax to each resident and that is typically added to the lot rent. Every park is different as to the amount and what they include. Some parks include, cable, trash, lawn care, amenities, etc, and some may accept pets, & motorcycles.
