Nice home but don't like the lack of privacy in the backyard. For me, the backyard is where you and you family can enjoy without being seen.

Though beautiful craftsmanship the home is waaaaay overpriced. The lot was sold for 3.8 mil and the home was probably built for around 2mil for a total around 6 mil give or take. Initially they want 35 million price drop to 29.5 million then to 27 million now 24.9 million is the selling price? lol they hey crazy, back in 2020 this home would have been price around 8-9 million.

25 million to listen to the neighbors dogs bark, kids screaming n playing, music, fights n arguments, home improvements ect. These homes are literally 10 feet apart with zero privacy. Two thirds of the price of this house is being on the water on at best a half acre

@@PaulPaid Well they bought the land for $3.8m and the house is constructed of wood so I'm pretty sure it's in the $2-4m range. Don't be fooled. Builders like this just make it look good on the outside, you can't compare them to the construction costs of well built homes at this level.

Love the primary suite. But no built-in espresso machine for $25M? Homes at a fraction of that price have them. And if you can afford to buy this house, you aren't inviting an executive over to beg him/her for a job - YOU are the senior executive that others are begging for a job from!

The garage bays look ordinary like, why are they separated. (Shouts cheap to start with) the door looks way too skinny. The tvs are tiny. The house is too crowded like they tried to hard to just squeeze too much in. A disappointment and 15million at the max if lucky

I live not far from here in Boca and yes, these houses trade for north of $18/$20MM… especially on the intracoastal here in Boca. There’s many houses in Royal Palm and Boca that have sold for north of $15/$20MM. Hell, there’s an empty lot down the water not far from this house that’s listed for $45MM.

Hey Jason and Eric. Love the modern elevation. You just answered my question whilst in the dining room; you said staged furniture. Last video the furniture was included. The staging is 🔥. You know I love a bar 🍾🥂🍷🍻🍹🍸🥃🧊. 3 sitting areas thus far. Like the split fridge and the prep area in the rear with secondary stove and fridge. Laundry 🧺 room. Pet washing station 🙌🏼. Covered lanai, pool, lounging, dining & kitchen, dock. No elevator. Guests are not gonna want to leave with bedrooms and VIP suites this big. Oh there is an elevator. Nice. Upstairs laundry 🧺 quite nice. Primary time. His/hers closet 🙌🏼 and en-suites. Guess 1- way glass or automatic blinds/drapes. Great home. Thanks for the tour.

Jason, as much as I love your humour and house tours, I want to point out what an incredible cameraman you have. The panning, the different angles of shots and the amount of time given for each room is excellent 👌👍 oh yeah, I'm not from Florida and I'm aware how expensive some houses are but this house really seems over priced.
