Guess that includes the art , light fixtures everything including outdoors hence $40 mil. Sleek kitchen with the sink on the correct inner island. Oh wow. A full secondary kitchen. Artsy, retro furniture in the sitting room off the kitchen and the breakfast nook. Elevator. Beautiful well lit movie 🎥 room with a view or implement the black out shades. The 1st floor guest bedrooms , VIP suites and en-suites are 🔥. Amazing backyard with dining/kitchen with bar seating/tv/pool/hottub/landscaping/dock. This is a beautiful 3 stories modern design mansion with a left wing and a right wing, front and back balconies, and nice lap pool. the stone and furniture used in the house is of high quality. I live the open design, the living room with the onyx wall, the kitchen with the nice stone island, and the dining room. I like the glass elevator and the black marble stairs. I like the bedrooms. I like the master bedrooms, master bathrooms, and master closet. I like the stone in the master bathroom. The Turkish spa is awesome.

It's a nice house but let's be real, that "movie room" is embarrassing on a level that can't even be described. Looks like something you'd see on Storage Wars. Also, "private" balconies aren't really private if your neighbor's "private" balcony has a direct view of your "private" balcony. But yeah, look man, boats and sh!t. Weeeee!

The master bed is not up to standard. The master bathtub is low-end. The master bedroom is designed like a warehouse.
