Now I see why no game show NBC put up during CBS's $25,000 Pyramid's run (1982-1988) had a chance. CBS knew how to handle daytime, which explains their success to this day.

I love that annoying cuckoo bird sound. It was also used on some of Michael Strahan's "Pyramid" game shows.
