Can you go into detail more on the static and dynamic friction of this pad and how it compare to competitors? Is it fast or slower than a Artisan Zero? More or less static friction than a Zero for example.

It is slower than Zero. I don't really consider Zero as a control pad but more of a balanced pad.

is this good with sleeves tho? and is it better than a vaxee pa? because there is not much difference in price

I can't answer the sleeves part because I don't use one. To answer your second question I would say yes it's better than the Vaxee PA. Better build quality, better size, better base, and I paid $34 for this pad shipped vs $54 on the Vaxee PA shipped.

Comparing this to my AC Wave It's slightly slower. A little more controlled static and dynamic friction. Stopping power is about the same. The Falcon has a better stitching and base unless Xraypad updated the stitching and base on the AC+. Also I find the Falcon to be a bit more comfortable than the AC+ on the skin.
