That house is wonderful, I'm not surprised it sold so quickly. Very light but you don't feel as if you are living your life in public. And i loved the hidden scullery. Your tours are excellent, very thorough. Love the way that you show every space and open all the doors.

This house is EVERYTHING!!! ❤ I love how it did not have the separate dining room or office as you walked in the door. That style is played out and dining rooms are dust collectors 😂

Wow, you just keep topping the previous video, didn't think you could do it lol. And was the farm sink in the scullery hand made (or hand finished)? The detail in it looks like it has a hammered finish on it. And I am curious, do they not build many of the home in Raleigh with basements? I don't think I've seen any in your videos (just curious). And as always I can't say enough about the detailed camera work, greatly appreciated.

Basements in Raleigh usually only occur when the home is built on a slope and the basement is a walkout basement to grade. You do see them but they are also usually completely finished and don't feel like basements at all. That is, of course, at this price point.

Thanks Jay. Your compliments make me smile every time. I'm not sure if the farm sink was handmade or not. I would have to check with the builder. Yes, we do have plenty of basement homes here. I just haven't toured them as of yet. Surprisingly, this home went under contract the day after I filmed it. It sold extremely fast. Thank you for your continued support 😊🤗

Whats the difference between there and Charlotte in your opinion like crime, schools, quality of life....

@kimberlywiezcorek6313 Thanks for your question Kimberly. Because of our Fair Housing Act, I can not discuss crime. As far as schools, you can go to greatschools.org to find out about the best schools in the area you want to live in. As for the quality of life, everyone has a different view on quality of life, so I really don't have a straightforward answer for you on that. Now, as far as real estate concerns, I don't service the Charlotte area. Charlotte is 3.5 hours from me, but I do have some amazing real estate friends in Charlotte who can help you with your real estate needs.
