Beautiful home; however, I don't like the prep kitchen combined with the mudroom, and most definitely not the laundry room. I don't want nasty dirty clothes where I'm prepping dinner.
This house is so beautiful but i don’t really like the open space in the yard without limits 😢 also how the closet and bedrooms’ windows are looking into the street, it makes it feel unsafe. It’s very beautiful for a huge family since it has more than 6 bedrooms and tons of space 😅 but surely i will cut some rooms out and it will be perfect, but i guess americans and specially texans are huge huge family… coming from a Latin person 😂
Lovely home with real wood , materials etc. Not with gray cold materials taking away from the home feeling nice and warm welcoming. Another great video!
First, let me say that you didn't have to wait until almost the end of the week to show this one, LaTonya!!! Since last week, I was waiting with anticipation to see this one (and damn it was worth it, sheesh). But when Tue rolled around and then Wen, the jazz music that plays in your videos kept popping in my head (no bull 😅, I was like WTH) smh. And when Wen came and went with no vid I was like oh she's teasing us and making us wait longer to see this magnificent house that is spectacular (or it has better been lol). Luckily, like I said it early, it definitely lived up to the hype! I love that owners suite and the selections of the builder used for this house are definitely on point. I like the brown tone on the island in the kitchen oppose to the more standard colors you typically see, i.e. the darker brown or the overly used gray's etc. Excellent video as always ....... aside from making us wait an extra day from the normal weekly run time lol.
@jayb9543 Sorry for the wait Jay. I was having a difficult time making sure the video was uploading in 4k. That problem is fixed now. I definitely want to give you guys a quality video, even if it meant waiting an extra day. The house is definitely 🔥. Oh yeah, the music, it stays in my head too, especially when I'm filming. Beautiful home, but id have the owners suite upstairs on one wing. They say for a better flow or qi, owners suite and resting/sleeping rooms must always be on the top level. Living/common areas downstairs to bring in good health, wealth, harmony and protection otherwise, its a distortion in yours/your family energy field. Tfs Sis! 🌻

I LOVE watching your tours. There are so many realtors in this field, I absolutely LOVE your flow and how you get down to the details of each room/space. Plus bonus, you just put the cherry 🍒 on top !
Architects and builders in Tennessee should visit the western states, California in particular tolerant hoot design a primary bedroom suite. The bedroom should be ample enough to have a sitting area large enough for a settee, coffee table and reading lights. The closets should be state of the art with led lighting. The water closets must contain a bidet combination toilet, there is no outlet for such a toilet and must be added in later. Epoxy floors in the garages, good thinking and a plus. Side openers for the garage doors, good. Tankless water heaters, smart.The outdoor kitchen has a vent hood, you do not see this feature very often in these new construction projects, a major plus. There are upscale light switches, but outlets with USB C will need to be installed later. The tour is good, you opened drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. You took time to show the garage, this area is highly important to buyers. If you would back into bathrooms and adroit your reflection in the mirrors, it would make for an outstanding tour.
So far you're the only one I've seen show the floorplans. This was a great tour very nice house and music selection. How far is it from Cap 1 arena by chance? You did a great job w/this tour thanks!!!

@kimberlywiezcorek6313 Thanks for your question Kimberly. Because of our Fair Housing Act, I can not discuss crime. As far as schools, you can go to greatschools.org to find out about the best schools in the area you want to live in. As for the quality of life, everyone has a different view on quality of life, so I really don't have a straightforward answer for you on that. Now, as far as real estate concerns, I don't service the Charlotte area. Charlotte is 3.5 hours from me, but I do have some amazing real estate friends in Charlotte who can help you with your real estate needs.

I swear, every time I think you have reached a pinnacle of showing high-end luxury home and probably wouldn't top a previous one I called my all-time favorite, you manage to find something that leaves me 🤤 drooling in awe, ..... STOP IT 😡, ..... 🤣. This house..... WOOOO, love it, and I'm glad to see it's well-built and insulated too, I would love to own this one which I think may be my new all time fav!

@Luv_2P Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Apex, Zebulon, Cary, Wendell, Knightdale, Smithfield, Clayton ( Johnston County), Four Oaks, Holly Springs, and any where in Wake County. There are a few more places. We have about 10 to 15 towns that surround Raleigh NC. These are the ones I can think of off hand. That's not cute the neighbors look right into the house because there is no space between the yards. There will be sound and other violations that will make you mad you live there. It's not that the construction is all that bad it is the fact you have no way to even shield your place mildly with plants or trees so having the glass is more of a privacy concern. This is a major no no!
What’s crazy is I would never use that sliding door feature. I absolutely hate chasing flies in the house. And the glass front and back doors have to be changed out.

And THAT is a stunning home, and I have to say this often, I great appreciate your detail coverage of each home you do so we are not left wondering about anything. And speaking of which, when you went upstairs above the garage and showed the storage room, I couldn't believe that size of the airduct lol, I thought to myself D.... that's a huge airduct, but trying to heat/cool a little over 7000sqf, I'm sure it's needed lol. Looking forward to the next one!

I was station in Va all of my military career (both southern Va and N. Va where I was at the longest) I retired and left there 2.5yrs ago, and guess where I went .... lol Yup TN, I was in Murfreesboro, but I literally just left there (this is why I've been late replying to your vids lol, (I moved away because I didn't like it, and covid messed up my plans for retirement there). So now I'm in Ga (which was my original plan yrs ago because I have friends here). But don't come down this way showing houses 😅
