YES I USE IT with SINKING fund and save one sixth of the bill monthly and send the whole six months in a one time, they give me a discount for doing it that way. if i pay monthly they also add a 5.00 fee every month!
@@ohshebudgets It's ok we are adults and our schedules change all the time whether it's cause you changed jobs, take in more hours on the job, or kids are keeping us busy, your groove will come back.
@@ohshebudgets our mortgage is $940 but we pay a total of $1000 each month. The $60 going to principal only. We are definitely going to up the extra payment, just needing to get a good estimate of the rest of the utilities as they are been varying. I just found out today at work that my new position comes with a $3 pay increase so that will definitely help and go to the extra house payment!
Hey friends! Thanks for stopping by for today’s sinking fund update. It has been a minute and I’m actually switching things around a bit to better prepare for our future home. If you could only keep 3 sinking funds, what would they be? 💜✨
Hmm, Id I didn’t have an emergency fund. It would be emergency, kids, car maintenance. If I had an emergency fund it would be kids, car maintenance, holidays.
I love how detailed you are in your sinking funds! If I had to cash stuff 3 sinking funds it would be emergency, holiday, and vacation. I had to really think about that lol 🩷
