Given the crazy prices of houses in Ghana nowadays this isn't a bad price but why on earth were they able to build a house without basic utilities. There should be a law/fine for people who do that

If home owners should listen to all of these youtube wanna advisors, they would have continuous problems. 2.5 hp is 450 psi. If the glue/ solvent that was used not rated for high pressure, you can have blowouts, especially at the start up, if the pipe fitter did not prime the joints before applying the glue, that too can cause blowouts. They're a few things that must be considered when choosing a pump. Use of the pump, size of pipe, run, available materials and elevation, before choosing the right pump.

Most of the old colonial homes in Virginia, suburbs of New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and other places in the US does have lofts or here in the US we call it Attics. Converted to living spaces.

this house is not worth dis moni first & foremost is old and is lucking some many things fixed it to become real house so he need to reduce moni even the design doesn't look good its need to change. alot of work

The roof space you are talking about will have to take into consideration energy usage,because in Ghana,temperatures are in the extremes and the AC will have to run 24/7.

I don't know if you have ever watched grand designs where in one episode there was a home where they polished the concrete floor exposing the aggregate in the concrete and then they used a water sort of plastic over the aggregate that could be used but I don't know if there is those machines in Ghana it is much cheaper than tiles

This is an uncompleted building which one cannot occupy so please complete everything and then you can sell it and also sell it with the price in cedis not in dollars. These are all part of the current inflational problem Ghana is facing

@Asher & Gad but it cannot be done unless the location is right or if I decided to have a sump pump plus a backup. But it is very possible. I have done so many basements here, I thought I could do it in ghana and be the first to do so, lol. Too late
