Well, everyone is free to live where they feel like, living in homeland ist not A MUST. .....i am a nation diaspora myself, but since my country got zero political stability and financial-hardship since 200 years, returning home is no GO, though we sit on oil baby and had couple of thousand of civilization .... but our traitor politicians are too stupid to manage resources well and things dont change there even if you are a rich guy going home trying to develop your country....trust me., without stable and strong politics in country, the efforts to develop and leave something behind over years will mean nothing....but i hope im wrong about africa....
E lies, RCD and those stuff are checked before you can qualify for meter. Don't shadow Ghana’ s 🇬🇭 in that manner. As it stands now, you will only get meter for your clients only when you are certified by Energy Commission.

Gad, where in Ghana do you recommend I purchase home water filter to filter the water from my borehole? The water has high salt content. Please respond to me when you see this message. Thank you.
Hello, please do a video on how much money the carpenters electrician make working for someone building a house that cost over 200,000 is it true that they make less than $100 a month? This is horrible news. Please makes a video to prove me wrong. This one of the reason why prices on the continent are high but Salaries are low. We must stop this.
NICE thorough vid guys, thanks! I have one question about the non-citizen card......how long does it take to get it and does it expire and if it does expire how often must it be renewed?
That pump probably came with "copper clad" cables. Not pure copper. You have to look for the details in the ad. If that detail is not availabe Don't buy that product unless you plan on upgrading the cables yourself. A chinese merchant is not including ANYTHING for free ...😂
Please have a question about generator. Can 50 kVA Perkins generator enough to supply 14 air conditioning and other normal appliances? You have been amazing with your work .
i have spent over a year watching different you tube video's from different people and i can confirm Asher and Gad are the best..very friendly guy who knows what he is talking about..the level of trust is of a high standard.the best building consultant i have come across..what makes him different from the rest is customer service whiles most of the guys on RU-vid are there to make money to build their own houses..

Where are these prices coming from?. Developed countries like America don’t even sell lands at those ridiculous prices. I feel like raising these prices are conforming the extortion of these people selling lands in Ghana. Africans are suffering everywhere and those back home are making things very difficult for suffering Ghanaians to come back home. $450000 for a land with no good amenities in Ghana?..Huh?…
450K-550K come on. you can get a whole house and land for that in the states. and you own the land and house forever if you could live forever. how do people afford life there? are people there making that kind of money? in the states those numbers are hard for americans to get, with two people working in the household... hey folk move to the USA, cheaper land, better real estate law too.
