Tbh, for their first time cooking a low country boil, they definitely could've done worse. Sure, them being picky can seem annoying, but you gotta remember most of these guys probably eat the same DoorDash orders nearly every day. Kudos to them for at least trying it.
Nick was very sweet and tolerable this stream LUL. the food looks so fucking good honestly my mom makes it occasionally as a expensive treat. I wouldve gone to town on that shit if they had melted butter.

@@sheepthoughti6178 thats how you cook garlic when you want it for aromatics alone? but yes the garlic was fine its a green sprout that's in the middle it can taste bitter but you can pull it out also with this amount of seasoning its fine to have it in there wouldnt make a difference

Who the fk told malena that that garlic is bad? that's literally how all garlic looks like,depends on the breed,does she not know that garlic sprouts and grows greens? just like an onion,it's supposed to be green inside. That green actually proves that that garlic is not Chinese import=they spray their garlic so it won't sprout or get moldy,you usually can't regrow it,garlic that sprouts means it's organic,put your garlic or onion in to a cup full of water so the roots can drink,in a week you will get tasty greens,you can use that in a salad.
My head almost exploded when they started stirring the rice to see "if it was done" Bring your rice to a boil turn it to low wait 16-18min *and don't open the lid!* That last part is important.
