oh ! per day .. lol .. I've never stayed as a tourist .. having gone to Uganda to marry my wife has rented homes in Kampala, from 400k / $115 per month .. 1bd .. to 550k / $150 per month for 2bd .. both with parking for our car there .. we furnish ourselves and pay for DSTV, electric, trash separately
Thank you beautifull yes with 2 L ladies. Your reviews are superb however that pricing are you only targeting clients from abroad? Popular tourist places like Thailand have different pricing. Are you girls married? I like the deep Voice of Betty and Tina is charming. The apartments are not affordable for us from kagadi who want to enjoy a week's holiday in Kampala but From outside countries it's very affordable
Thanks to both of you'll for show casing the beautiful apartments. I'm a American and will be looking forward to visiting Uganda soon and I will be looking into a few of the apartments I've seen on this channel for sure.
I have family living in south haven mississippi here in the US. They pay $1000 a month for a 3 bedroom apartment. If only they knew the opportunities in the motherland.
This is not cheap, that’s $1080 a month guys! Ugandans have become so greedy and have no respect for money or whatsoever! They want u to pay the same amount of money u would pay rent in America! I think it would be fair to pay $36 if you’re just staying for a couple of nights then if a person is staying for a month or 2 or 3, charge $400 to $500! These property Investors don’t realize that wealth growth is not a sprint, it’s a marathon! Charge less and have more volume than charging high and have less or no volume at all! Just saying
@@woto-olwit But even houses in Kpla are ridiculously expensive! Everything is expensive in Kampala, don’t even get me started on car rentals! I’ve seen car rentals going for $200 a day in Kpla, it just doesn’t make sense or whatsoever 🤭! Even a Tesla in my city here in North America won’t cost $200 a day for cry out loud
I agree with u. Exactly why I head up country without spending much time in Kla. Less sane people spend much vacation time in Kla. Atleast owning a reliable car in Ug has also saved me alot from renting anything there as it's extremely expensive n unreliable.
@@woto-olwit I agree, the last time I rented a car it broke down on me in a week and according to the owner, I was responsible for the breakdowns! Not to mention, it was a major breakdown in the suspension that wasn’t cheap to fix! Was a very bad experience I can tell u
Great apartments. all that for only $36? Are there any hidden costs that maybe management didn't tell you about? The price looks unbeatable especially in a neighborhood like ntinda
Uganda sounds pretty good to retire too. The only thing that I have reservations about, is their health system. As I’m getting older and more susceptible to illness, I want to know if it’s worth taking the chance. Can anyone out there allay my fear?
