I live in FL. If I get a load that delivers within a couple hours of my house, but after delivery I don't have enough hours to make it home, can I Off Duty home to take 10 hrs off? I drive OTR refrigerator division now and if I'm not under a load, dispatch, or trailer, I can off duty home if I'm that close. Horizon's recruiters weren't very intelligent on HOS regulation.

A buddy has a 2021 F250 diesel longbed now. In the west. Non CDL. Where can he make the best money? Can be away up to a few days at a time right now. Maybe take on a team driver? Who should he call?

I love this guy He is trying to quietly tell you this don't work! It's a zero sum game You live on the cash flow while using up your own equipment. Thats why the camper manufacturers don't have any of their own delivery trucks They are gonna use yours People quit many jobs nationwide to be their own boss and get on the open road It's a pipe dream . If you can haul 3 at a time you might make a living If not don't kid yourself. Sleeping in the back seat of a pickup doesn't rest you And makes you a danger to everyone else. Do something else

I’ve been watching your videos and about to start working for Pinnacle Transport Group in Bristol, Indiana. I’m wondering how to pickup other runs from the places you deliver to or close by so you don’t have to dead head all the way back to Indiana to pick another one up? Is that possible to do most weeks? I have a buddy that currently works for them and he drives all the way back to the yard in Bristol twice a week. Any info on how to grab other runs from delivery location is appreciated.
