A little pricey, but well-planned with the underground individual parking garages, spacious interior, and rooftop deck with elevated solar panels for energy savings. BRAVO!
I do love Smaller homes Darren, The Layout is very Interesting....I honestly love how bright the Space is as you walk in, and I really love that kitchen the compactness and the Space is nice, haha.. didn't even notice that Fridge and Freezer being the same color scheme as everything else, makes it very bright since color white is very neutral, I'm digging it.. My Favorite Part of this home could be that Ŕooftop Deck...That Space have that Amazing views of Santa Monica and if it Sunny like today on your video makes the day even greater. Oh before ending my comment, That Backyard you mention you could build a Lap pool... I honestly think I'll turn that Space into a nice Garden. That Space had the Area to Create it. I love a Space where you could grow something...Plant life will be nice in here. I enjoyed this Tour, Every Smaller homes can be great as well. As much as I love the Toured Mansion in this Channel. Thanks so much for the showing Darren. Always good to see such homes. Thank you as Always!! ❤
Wow this house is amazing 👏 love the kitchen layout plenty of storage and the high end appliances and that roof top deck is off the planet great video Darren
Interesting layout. I just want to point out that powder room in the basement is actually big enough for shower. I don't know why builders didn't put one. Very bright home. And I like the backyard space.
It's described as 5 bathrooms but actually 3 full bathrooms and 2 half / powder rooms. The last two bedrooms upstairs only share a common bath. I'll just convert the office at the main level into a bedroom and the smaller room upstairs with no bathroom as the office.
Like the other commentor said, basement should be a full bath. Not much house for the price though you get a massive garage, maybe could have done more with that space. He says they are actually single family homes but title says townhomes, I'd say they are in fact townhomes and pricey ones at that. You can get a full on mansion in a nice neighborhood in socal for that price. Also considering Santa Monica apparently is one of the least safe cities now. Also should have an elevator with that many levels and that price. I wouldn't put a bbq grill in that tiny balcony, not enough room, makes more sense to have it on the rooftop deck like it already does. Covered rooftop deck with solar is the only thing that makes sense and others should do it.
It's a nice, bright house but small for the money. The walkway/entrance is totally underwhelming. I get the impression that the developers bought a single site and shoehorned 3 houses into it. PS great video as usual.
I live in Santa Monica It's trash because of the Homeless problem save yourself the money and move somewhere else if you don't believe me walk around Santa Monica at night before you buy and see what happens LMAO. Oh and good luck calling the police they won't come.
