Are all the homes negotiable? If you come to terms, what are the terms? Cash or payments until done? With interest included? Same with land & businesses,purchased? How do you place a hold on a property or land now? To lock it down for future?

Most homes and properties are negotiable but not all. You have to pay cash, unless you are very lucky and find someone that will accept payments. If you do not have the cash, you can also apply for a bank loan.

Nice modern houses.But why are the living rooms in all the houses so tiny?I prefer a large living room area.

It's small because of the price. A bigger home requires a bigger price or you could have it designed different and maybe remove one of the bedrooms.

Nice starter or vacation home. How far to paved roads and stores . Is there a diaspora presence and is it a developed area.

Kanombe is a neighborhood of Kigali, so yes they have paved streets, stores, development and diaspora presence.

Hey Ty. How large are the maids quarters in these homes? Are they large enough to live comfortably in if one decided to rent the house and live there while guest are in the house? Is there toilet in maids quarters or outside in most homes?

That is up to you, if you are building the house. If you are buying, then you just need to look at it because each house is different. Normally the maids quarters have their own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
