I poured couple of hennessy richards to politicians (750 a shot). I was trying to be f*ckin precise. At the end of the shift my colleague told me he charged them 4 extra. We drank first one neat, second one in cogniac glasses, with hoshizaki hardened ice, and coke. It made our lips numb. I presume it was the amount of tanines. Tastes like shit anyway, Suntory Hibiki is way better. Thanks youtube for this confession. Not guilty, bye
I’ve had Louis XIII several times. It’s $3500-4000 a bottle. Tastes nice, but no better than any decent cognac. The average person will not be able to distinguish the quality from Hennessy or Remy Martin.
A lot of expensive things are like that. I actually can taste small notes in cigars, because I've smoked a lot. But, I'm clueless when it comes to liquor.
The bottle itself is 10,000+€ from where i work, its aged for 100 years thats why its that expensive and the bottle is made with crystal if i remember correctly.
My question is, was this choice made by an already drunk person or do they do things like this sober 😅 Bc "sober me" & my bf Ben Franklin are pretty close & rarely separate. "Drunk me" & Benny are not allowed to hang out 😅😆
Lmao I feel like anything over 30 is a waste if you're drinking the bottle with more than one person, me n my brother could could drink a 5th of jack Daniels in one sitting and we would never share with a third person because we don't want to go back to the liquor store to get another bottle We were drinking hard liquor since we was 13 years old our tolerances are sky high we could take down a 1.75 liter bottle of vodka in one night
Some people are saying you cant tell the difference. I disagree completely. Once you taste it, you'll know where you money went. 100 year old cognac should be tried at least once by anyone that will sip it slow and appreciate it. If your pockets arent that deep I recommend Tasseron Lot 29
do you now was this is? this is a 100 years old cognac named Rémy Martin Louis XIII and the bottle cost 3000.- and yes the different to other is big. of corse you will find a very very good cognac for 500.- the bottel. i wouldn’t buy remy martin, but its one of the best cognacs ever.
