Hello, this was our unit we purchased in 2010...sold it in 2016. Still looks great! When we bought it, it was a shell save the bathrooms and kitchen. We installed the soundproofing flooring and then the tile, crown, and base moldings, mirrors in the kitchen backsplash, accent mirror, soffit above the master bed, black granite sink with new faucet, and all light fixtures. Also removed the tub in the master bath for a shower. The only different thing is the paint scheme was changed to white. The browns in the closets were also on the accent walls behind the master bed and the opposite wall from the TV nook. The rest was a lighter brown tone. Great video! Fun to see our old living space!
Should be noted also many of the 1 bedrooms in TT have tubs for the shower area ... this one has a proper, full glassed shower which is a nice custom addition.
