Great video. The size of the unit is very spacious and you can't beat the amenities. I would change out the bathtub for a stand in shower. The only downside is having to walk from the parking garage to the lobby but that's a minor thing. The price is very reasonable. A+
There have been some people who have converted the tub shower into just a shower- it looks really nice. And agree on the parking situation- at least the grounds are pretty! Thanks for watching!
I bought my 1st home at 21 for 87k sold for 197k, 2nd home 170k and sold for 320k, 3rd 300k and sold for 589k and buyers paid all closing costs expenses etc... It is possible and very lucrative as long as all steps and details are followed.
I worked my ass off with 2 full time jobs and extras on the weekend. Saved up 25k and handed that over to my financial Adviser to put down and for investing. So I continued working my ass off and in less than three months I was able to lay my hands on my first property.
I started out with a financial advisor called *" Rochelle Dungca Schreiber ".* Her honest approach gives me complete ownership and control of my positions, and her rates are incredibly affordable given my ROI. However, do your due diligence before contacting a financial advisor.
OMG you guys if I lived here I would feel like such a big baller for real! And shout out to my boy Travis for the camera work! He is the true unsung hero of this video and not all heroes wear capes man!
Not quite sure what it is, but they put it there when EDC was in town. At night, it lights up and you can walk through. Pretty cool- I need to go check it out!
@@igloozoo3771 not as detailed (some buildings have stricter rules when filming in “common areas”. But here’s one of a Turnberry Place floor plan : ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BfssU0gRZgU.html
One of the reasons I'd be a bit hesitant about living in a condo tower in the desert is whether or not the energy infrastructure is solid? Honestly, how often do brownouts or other power outages occur in Vegas? 🤔
Yes, it’s one downside to the parking garage situation in this particular tower. You can always pull up to valet though, and they will park your car for you. Thanks for watching!
This is a beautiful unit, the only thing I’m not sold at this location is, the traffic in this area is crazy and should I bring up “safety?” Not sure if this is where the mass shooting happened over a month ago, correct me if I’m wrong (hope so). We live part time in Vegas, whenever summer comes around, we move back to east coast. I would love to see your team Lauren to feature the loft 5 in south Las Vegas. Why the unit there is premium price point at over $500k?
Hi, thanks for watching. Traffic on Paradise on this part of the strip is not too bad, but certain times and events can get busy South and on the strip. You’re in the city. Building is guard gated and overall very secure. There was an isolated incident last month in the towers- that could happen anywhere - it was not a mass shooting and the security team apprehended the crazy individual.
@@TheStarkTeamRealEstate Was going to be a mass shooting event involving a worker except another employee was carrying a gun. If that employee was not at the right time at the right place, the outcome wasn't going to be pretty. Why the local press didn't pick up this story is beyond me. I remember when it happened, I turned on the local Las Vegas news channels & it was crickets.
Correction... the elevator from the parking structure takes you to the street level where you then have to walk 1/2 a block to enter the lobby of your apartment building, where you then catch another elevator to your floor.
I'm danish so probably not a buying candidate, although I did like being in Vegas the one time I was, but how on earth is this so relatively inexpensive? I almost said cheap, but I really dont get it..
Hi 👋 thanks for watching and your comment. Interesting to hear from people from other countries how they view high rise condos like this on the affordability scale, and I agree, it’s super affordable for a luxury high rise condo in this location near the Las Vegas strip!
Love everything about it until you got to the bathroom when it was a shower over a tub rather than a walk in. Just a personal thing which I would change if I was buying.
Both towers are equally nice and have their own amenities. I personally love the views from 322 Karen because you have the Las Vegas Country Club golf course.
@@TheStarkTeamRealEstate Love the video. Just seeing this for the first time. Very interested to know how the HOA has increased. Not prohibitive at $595, but if that's $1350 a few years later... its another thing entirely. Any back history on how the dues have changed over a 10 year period, for example? Also, what are the pet rules for Turnberry? Weight, size restrictions? Thanks!@
@@ArizonaMVP hi thanks for watching. Dues across the valley have gone up in 2024, thanks to inflation nation, but Turnberry Towers has held pretty steady over the years. They were around $500 years ago, so they’ve had small increase over the decade. Two pets up to 80lbs are allowed.
Seems extremely overpriced for the square footage. I could see that cost for Chicago or Los Angeles but not Las Vegas. And the parking garage isn't a convenience. It is a nice looking unit.
Hi, thanks for watching and your comment. Why not Las Vegas?! Our city has so much money and investment being poured into it, with F1, new resorts, sports teams, etc. It’s also pretty clean around the strip (many people are surprised at how clean it is) and safer than LA or Chicago. Vegas is on the map as a major player in real estate markets across the US. The price on this condo was lowered to $399K, and it is now under contract 👍🏻
I lived there for 10 years. Las Vegas is all those things you mentioned as well as very Transient with zero culture. I was also born and raised in Chicago. I live in a high rise in Chicago that overlooks a lake and not concert. IMO, the condo is overpriced for the size. @@TheStarkTeamRealEstate
LOL, please name me another major metropolitan city, with world class dining, shopping, entertainment, and views where you can buy a luxury high rise apartment for $150K - $200K. The materials and building costs alone couldn't even be built in a rural unheard of town, for $150K - $200K. Your perception of value of real estate prices in Las Vegas is just way off base for current times.
Hi, thanks for watching. High rise condos are a different segment of the market- the cost to build factored with the location and cost of the land - just to build the cost is about $700 psf. We’re not seeing any new high rise developments being planned (with exception of one in Henderson) because of the cost to build and what they would need to sell For. This is considered a deal in other markets - Miami, NYC, San Francisco, LA, and Las Vegas is currently #1 for inbound migration.
@@ArizonaMVP Cello Towers and Four Seasons Residences in MacDonald Highlands are being built. Cello Towers is downtown and yes I need to do a video on it! Busy selling!
As far as the price of this one bedroom, it’s complete insanity you could buy a 50 acre ranch for the same price wake up people why would you want to spend your life paying this crap and condo or apartment off and in the end probably owe more than it’s worth it you homework people
I have to say it is a very nice unit and the amenities are first class, however the parking situation is abhorrent. Walking a mile and a half from where I park my car, to get to the elevators, to get to your unit is not what I would call luxury. Just my 2 cents.
