What is always curiously missing in 95% of CR real estate adds is the cost of ownership....that is to say you only have to buy it once but condo fees and cost of A/C (CR buildings are rarely well insulated) never expire and always increase over time......this may be ok for those looking for a high end investment property like this. However for those looking to retire realtors/property developers etc. in my opinion are severely limiting their market share. PS The other thing that always bugs me about CR real estate is the bizarre photo-shopping done to make rooms look larger than they are....much respect to you for not mimicking realtors in this regard, in your video ;-)

Ummmmmmmm condo fees are condo fees. They have to run and maintain the property. New York, San Francisco, London, Cape Town. Condo fees are a fact of life
