Nirvana It is a joke, especially when the same kind of house can be sold for approx. $600,000 where I live. However, the markup on houses in Toronto is extremely high.
I hate fake people in real estate business.House is way overpriced and unrealistic market price.Beware of this kind of real estate agent, they will loot you.I am myself a real estate broker
WOW! Sure shows the difference in areas. I live in an 8400 sq ft home on 43 acres and it's only worth about 1.3 million. Wish mine was worth that much!!!!!!
Gorgeous home ... in and out ... but the houses 🏘 are just to close together but gorgeous home for $5.8 mill there should be more space between the houses.
Toronto houses are very narrow and are way too close to the neighbors for my taste, but that’s what big city living is. You gotta go to the burbs like Oakville for even a bit of breathing room. I do like the look of this house and the backyard seems like a lovely little oasis, but for the price point, I don’t think I could justify it. 6 million for the privilege of cleaning leaves out of that pool every day.
For all you saying its not worth the price, you must know that this is in Toronto. The housing market here is shit, and houses less nice than this still go for a lot of money. It's mostly location, too. Idk where you all live but I should probably move there if you're all saying it's not worth it
Most houses on this channel are in highly populated cities, meaning the houses are much closer. In smaller towns they are a much more comfortable distance apart.
Rich business men and women from abroad come to buy vacation hours here while they make millions per week in their home countries. So of course, they can afford it, leaving Torontorians who work their asses off living in unfinished basements
@@MissShootingStar5 Tima gave the proper answer. Read it and learn, and make sure the right action is taken because soon you won't even be able to afford the basement.
4.3M is still a bit too much imo. I understand thats because its located in Toronto and not 2 hour drive away from it but I've seen some estates measuring 10000+ sqft with 30+ acres of land for that kind of price. I mean SilverHouseHD has a video of $6.3M (CAD I guess) mansion with one main residence, another one for guests, garage for 6 cars (and obviously an outdoor parking), outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, horse shed and lots of land and its located just 40 minutes away from Toronto
Actually, I found the exterior to be beautiful, as well. Maybe you thought the exterior looked small. I don't know. In so many videos, the interiors look vastly large compared to the exteriors. Must be a trick with the camera. But I thought the exterior here was unusually attractive. So many houses shown in the Toronto area are really ugly on the outside (but mostly nice on the inside). One thing, though: Where is the garage? I thought the building in the back was it, but apparently, it's not.
Yes, it has no garage. Most of the houses in exclusive areas like that one, use the front driveway of the house to park and also the side streets, since it is a private area, it is safe at all times. The back of pool area, is a guest house! Tiny and cozy!
Backyard is lovely . But interior is completely underwhelming. Rather cheap looking honestly . I have to throw at least another million to renovate . So this house does not worth 7 million dollars ...
Honestly From the Interior i would expect maybe 2.9 - 3.4 M but not 5.8 - 6.2M Seriously Jeez! I know its a gorgeous house but in all seriousness. stop over charging its not a good idea. don't buy this home they just want you to waste all your 5.8 M dollars you don't have yet.
it's beautiful (esp the yard, though I'm not a fan of swimming pools), but I'm not feeling all of that greige, brown and dark wood. imo it's makes the interior a bit dated and dreary and my goodness its a bit expensive!! bloody hell!!
5.8 very high for this normal house.Come on guys,it’s a shame to put on RU-vid saying 5.8 for this narrow and normal house.Market rate is way below that, bad real estate
Firstly, the music sounds like it is from a made-for-tv horror movie... but it actually does kind of suit this house. Secondly, that is the most hideous interior I have ever seen - so nouveau riche; lacking in taste, history and character. Typical Toronto: grey, grey and more grey. Harvey Wise is a nobody who thinks he is somebody. So picky and anal. I would be surprised if someone was ever able to find a stray leaf or piece of boxwood out of place in the front yard. Please, I can't.
