Thanks Lady Bullion! The 63 series is super cool. Small size currency has grown on me lately. In the beginning of collecting I was more of a fan of large size type notes. However, as I learn more and more about small size I find it fascinating. Thanks for commenting and watching!
Thanks brother! Ya the NA stars don't show up all that often Super scarce notes always desirable. I thought of you the other day. Got a bid in on a gutter fold note. We shall see the outcome! Thanks for watching!
Thanks Ontario! Me too on the blue numbers. The 1 is actually my favorite but all of the 34 series issues are something special. I received your email and sent ya one back. Good day friend!
Thank you GD! That means a lot to me. I realize I'll probably never have much more views and that's ok. I am glad to share my collection with a few dedicated folks I call friends on here. Thanks for always commenting and showing interest. I appreciate it!
Very impressive! Every time I see parts of your collection it makes me feel that I just have a hodge-podge pile of notes. Really nice stuff and I respect the discipline to focus on a specific target. I am way too scatter brained to not just buy the next cool thing. Great video!
Dude not even! Your collection I label as "the most popular notes type set." There is ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong with that and quite frankly you'll have more interest if you ever decide to liquidate. Popular notes are the same as key date coins, there is always interest. Thanks for watching brother and glad you enjoyed! By the way... just bought something you'll be proud of. Video to follow once received!
Very awesome overview! Great that you gave estimated prices for them. Impressive collection. Makes me want to look at my sad bunch of notes. Someday, my friend, you can flip thru my book and tell me what to spend rather than keep. I’m sure I have some junk. Speaking of...Popcorn ceiling failing on Abe 😭
Anytime bro! I'll be glad to go through whatever you have a take a look. Just think hopefully this fall you can see this album in person and bore yourself some more! ;) Be well bud!
Really cool assortment brother. I agree with @Make Numismatics Great Again the Africa note is awesome. The $1 Africa should finally be in my collection tomorrow or the day after. Keep your eyes open for my next Currency update video. The new note will definitely be there.
Pretty kool, I think I have maybe 15 or 20 of them, all silver certificate and star notes, aswell as great numbers, as far as my 5$ bills go, it's just a hobby I started a few years ago, thinking that if I bought myself 1 each payday, for awhile, that maybe 1 day I'd have something down the road. I believe it's a good decision I made, .
@@shawnkliewer9987 nice! $5 dollar silver star notes aren’t bad. Especially if in unc condition. Yes slow and steady wins the race. Many of these notes I got for super cheap before the crazy increase in prices. Another good idea is to get some of the early federal reserve star notes. Ones from the 1928 year series are pricy but undervalued in my opinion. I see significant growth potential in those over the next few years.
Jamey Collins hahaha glad I could help! Love the play on word friend! Classic! Appreciate your support! Check our my other videos if ya ever get bored! Haha
Dr. G thanks brother! You’re up on the videos! You’ve had ample time to remod your place! 😂 I want to see some updates. In all seriousness be well bro!
Really cool, I have to get a few more 5s for my type collection. For me, my favorites are tied between the 2 and the 5. Maybe it's because those were the most common "large" denominations I could get as a kid, with a 10 being reserved for a rare occasion.
So cool my man, what a great way to collect notes. Focus on your favorite denomination and put together a type set. The weekly us currency auctions on heritage are great and I’ve also been able to add some nice notes to the collection lately through them. Mostly I do coins but I’ll go through these little 2-3 day kicks and go after paper currency
Tylonn Platinum the 3rd thank you friend! Glad to hear you scored some goodies lately. You really need to post some videos as I’m sure your collection is legit. Thanks for always supporting and commenting!
I work as a cashier and see a smallhead 5 at most once a week, and usually not in collection condition, but do stumble upon a keeper once in a while. Those monochrome notes are getting harder to find in good condition too. An interesting year is 2006, and it one can find a 2006 Minneapolis note with the monochrome design it is worth hanging on to as only 3 banks had that type with 2006 also being the first year of the current note type.
I keep telling myself when I retire I'm going to get a job for fun at the bank! That way I can search all the notes! haha Thanks for watching my friend!
Fantastic collection of 5's.The star notes are super cool, especially the N. Africa. I really like the small size notes.I'm partial to the 1963's,its my birth year. Holy crap,I'm getting up there😄Awesome vid bro🤘
Wow awesome collection about a month ago I found 2 1932 $2 dollar postal service savings bonds I collect baseball and basketball card's so I don't know too much about them so I've been trying to watch some about currency but I can't find anything on those have you ever seen anything like that before? Yeah I posted the video about a month ago thanks for sharing have a great weekend 👍
SportCardCollector959 I don’t but know that people do collect this type of thing. Just a small population though so it’s probably tough to find info on it. Sorry couldn’t be of much help. Glad you enjoyed the video! Appreciate your comment!
